This home was exactly as described. We had all the room we needed. All cooking items were supplied and even a cupboard of spices. Everything was in functioning order. The only complaint would be the back yard needed mowing. But we didn’t need it except for getting to the hot tub. An added touch was hearing Taps played every night with the location next to a military base.

Beautiful home

My 8 girls and I stayed for two nights at this beautiful house. Nice, quiet neighborhood with easy directions within a couple miles from interstate access. We enjoyed our stay with comfortable accommodations both upstairs and downstairs. Quick replies from host when we had questions also. Would definitely consider re-booking if in the area again.

Great for families with young kids

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The 3 queen beds and 4th bedroom with bunk beds worked perfectly for our family. The fenced backyard was great for out 2 dogs and young kids. The lawn was overdue for mowing, but that was corrected part way through our stay. The location was OK
 not much within walking distance, and 10-15 minutes drive to get to things in Rapid City. Quiet neighborhood. I would recommend this property for families visiting the Rapid City area.

Trip to South Dakota

We had a fun time at the house in South Dakota!! The house was located in a nice neighborhood and not far from the places we were going. It was clean and spacious for us. Thanks for letting us stay in your house!! There were a couple of things that needed to be repaired but nothing that interfered with our stay. I can let you know what those items are on Hospitium.

Amazing stay

This property was so convienient for us and our purpose for visiting. The only negative was it was a crowded neighborhood with LOTS of barking dogs but that is not the property owners fault. The home was neat, had great amenities and communication was prompt and friendly. Would stay here over and over again!

Amazing house with lots of room

We stayed here for a vacation with our friends. In total we had 9 of us staying, 5 kids aged 13-6 and we all stayed comfortably. The house was very kid friendly, the set up downstairs allowed for plenty of room for the kids to play and hangout. The house even had a toy box and closet of games for the kids. The bunk beds were a big hit for the younger 4 kids and the 13 year old enjoyed having a room to herself. We also brought our 2 small poodles who were happy and comfortable. The house even had a dog toy for our pups to play with. The house was well stocked with everything we needed to eat at home and relax. The yard was huge and the kids loved the playground, had there not been snow on the ground, we would have loved to enjoy the yard more. The neighborhood was quiet, friendly, and easy to Watiki and a few other places we visited. The bedding was high quality, soft and fresh, lots of extra blankets and pillows. We had everything we needed to make it a great trip. We felt it was home away from home.

A great place to stay near family in Box Elder

We rented this house for a last minute trip out to the Rapid City area for a funeral of a close family member. It was so nice to be together instead of being in multiple hotel rooms. The home was clean and spacious, with a very nice open kitchen/dining/living area, and nice backyard as well. The split level layout was a little difficult for our 1 1/2 year old who isnt very good with stairs yet, but we just had to keep a close eye on him. We would definitely stay here again!
