Our 5-STAR RATINGS and amazing guest comments speak for themselves:

" 5/5 SUMMER STAY: The house was really remarkable and the location is perfect. It's a block or two away from the downtown area and a block or two away from the lake. And yet, never felt busy. It was actually a really peaceful place within walking distance to everything (even Avalanche overlook!). The whole process of dealing with Michele and Chris was great as well. I would highly recommend this house for a great family and/or friends getaway!!"

"5/5 Great location. FANTASTIC PROPERTY!"

"5/5 Fantastic Hosts: CANNOT SAY ENOUGH about how nice these hosts are, how CLEAN the house is, how CONVENIENT the location is, and the overall experience was PERFECT. They had bottled water waiting in the fridge for us. They had fresh bananas on the countertop. The towels, sheets, pillows and blankets were all clean and soft. Just an overall excellent EXCELLENT experience!"

"5/5 Host was absolutely amazing and helpful, and I literally have no complaints at all. I would definitely recommend."

"5/5 Loved being so close to downtown Boyne City. Hosts were AMAZING! First time up north and it was fabulous. HOUSE IS BEAUTIFUL."

The house and property were incredibly clean and the hosts were friendly and responsive. The location was great. 10 minute drive to Boyne Mountain and 1-2 block walk to the little downtown for coffee or restaurants. The only suggestion I have is that some hooks for coats etc would be helpful. Thanks for a great family weekend!

Seamless communication and logistics. House was spacious, clean, and kitchen was well-appointed. The only suggestion would be to soften the interior lights for a cozier feel. Location was amazing, just two blocks from the main drag of Boyne City and an easy drive to Boyne Mountain for skiing.
