Overall perfect location to stay for skiing. Free shuttle to the hills and great location close to the mountain and resort. Check in was odd as I was scolded by the front desk clerk because I used an outside app to book the stay. It seems most of the rooms are private time share units and the property mgmt frowns upon that. I was hard core pitched to come and sit through a presentation to potentially buy into the property. Not interested as its just not why I came there for. It was odd;

I love this area for skiing! This was my third trip in 4 years. The 1 bedroom suite is a bit cramped but nice and clean. It fits our needs really well.

Place was nice, plenty of room for me and two kids. Very easy 2 minute drive to ski hill and did indoor water park which boys loved. About 10 minute drive to Boyne City.

Small for a family of four. There are no games/books/entertainment of any kind in the unit. The shuttle service is very inconsistent and at times non-existent. On a positive, beds are comfortable with nice.linens.

Very Responsive and Caring

We came to Boyne for mine and my husbands birthdays to ski! Christian stayed in touch with us the the whole time. We never felt neglected and check in was easy. We did not get the run around with the timeshare folks, as we were given the secret to avoid that. The unit was clean and comfortable. We made breakfast everyday and went skiing after. The only down side would be the walls are very thin and the next door neighbor had a child that did a lot of screaming. But, that's part of traveling, so I wouldn't reflect anything on this owner. We will stay there again.

Location is Ideal

Location is a quick walk to the Superbowl Lift which is super convenient to get onto the mountain. Been updated so everything is nice and clean. Having a washer and dryer outside the unit was also really nice. Only suggestion is there are no hangars for coats by the door and no area to hang skis, so coming in all snowy you just leave everything at the door on the carpet.

Great property!

This property is great for families looking for a nice place to stay in close proximity to Boyne. The location was close to the slopes and activities, the room was clean, check in was easy, and communication was a breeze with the text option. I loved the locked closet outside the room for wet snow gear and skis! The outdoor heated pool was a hit among our kids! Great place at a fraction of the cost. Definitely will stay again! Some things that could be changed: Indoor seating at the pool for parents watching their kids swim in freezing temperatures! It was brutal sitting out there for an hour or longer in 15 degree weather. The motor in the refrigerator was SO loud all night. Made it hard to sleep.

Nye skiing trip

We had the best NYE getaway. This condo was so close to everything. We didn’t use the shuttle because we liked keeping our stuff in the car in the lot. It was hardly a drive at all and we always had parking. The condo was clean and cozy. My son enjoyed the pool even in winter and the hot tub. . We loved the skiing here and are hoping to return.
