Getting around

Ample parking is available in the driveway with room for one vehicle in the garage. A car is recommended to explore the surrounding mountains, trails, and downtown Bozeman. Uber, Lyft, and taxi services are also available to bring you to the area.

This furnished home is available for rent on a monthly- basis. This listing is available for rent for a minimum of 30 days. There is no penalty for an early departure, however, no refunds will be given.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed anywhere on the premises. If smoking occurs, the guest may be evicted and is financially responsible for all resulting damage, including odor remediation.

No Parties: Due to neighborhood restrictions, parties are not allowed. Please respect the maximum occupancy of the home.

Noise & Neighbors: As a courtesy to neighbors, please minimize loud conversation, music, and general noise, especially after 10:00 pm.

Damages: We understand there is natural wear on furniture and appliances - if something breaks, please notify the manager so it can be fixed for the next guest.

Other Rules:
- Please take off your shoes after entering (no shoes beyond the tile in the mudroom).
- The septic system is sensitive - please don`t flush anything other than toilet paper (no wipes or feminine products).
- Please don`t put grease, coffee grounds, eggshells, etc. into the kitchen sink disposal.
- The home borders Gallatin National Forest - deer, elk, moose, bears, mountain lions, wolves, and coyotes are seen in the area. Please use caution, lock vehicles, and don`t leave food outdoors.
- Guests must comply with the Ross Peak Ranch HOA rules for short-term rentals.
- Pets are not permitted without express permission from the owner/host.
