Cozy Gem in heart of historic Livingston, Montana

Located just steps away from historic downtown Livingston, this newly updated 1 BR, 1 Bath apartment makes foot exploration easy! Just steps away from Livingston's various local restaurants, shopping and night life. If you feel like taking an evening stroll along the river, the Yellowstone is within walking distance and offers ample views along the way. Actual address provided upon rental.

This cozy, upstairs apartment offers a fully stocked kitchen, newly updated bathroom with a tub and a comfortable queen sized bed to lay your head after a long day on the road. Renter is responsible for snow removal from stairs in the winter months. Shovel provided.

The home is centrally located between Yellowstone National Park, Big Sky and Bridger Bowl ski resorts. If you're info fly fishing, you have come to no better place!

There is a 3 night minimum on all reservations. Weekly and monthly rates available upon request! Just use the ask the owner button below.

Though we love them, no pets allowed. Enjoy your stay!!

Livingston 2nd Street Carriage House

Great little place!

Great little place to stay. Very cozy & clean everything is so close. Very comfortable beds and pillows. If we have to come back to stay in Livingston we will definitely be looking this place up. Very ideal if it’s just you or you and your spouse.

Location location location

Fabulous stay in Livingston. Apartment had everything we needed and host was very communicative. Free parking was a breeze on Clark Street. Walking distance to everything you’d want in downtown; shops, bars, the river!

Wonderful Gem

We love this place so much we returned again this year! Ann is wonderful. A quiet, lovely, clean and cozy place with everything you need. Kitchen has the utensils you need. Loved having a washer & dryer. Easy walk to downtown, the park and the farmers market. Quick access to Yellowstone and Bozeman. Look forward to staying here again in the future. It becomes our home away from home. Wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

This was my third time at this property over the last 2 years. It has been consistently clean, comfortable and quiet. Host communications are also great. The location is also good as you can walk to many downtown restaurants etc. I highly recommend it.

Recharge in Livingston

After three weeks on the road, our stay at the Cozy Gem was a welcome rest stop. Comfy bed and furnishings, a well stocked kitchen, and laundry room fulfilled our practical needs. The decor and special touches however, created a cozy environment that made us feel pampered. The location was perfect for sampling some of Livingston’s restaurants, bars, and shops. Don’t miss the Mint for great burgers and a beer and the Pickle Barrel for sandwiches to go!! Highly recommend the Cozy Gem.

This cute cozy second story apartment was the perfect place for us to stay while visiting family in Bozeman and access to Yellowstone. A quick walk to downtown Livingston for great food Nice safe neighborhood. Host Amy is very nice.

Convenient and comfortable!

Perfectly situated upstairs apartment. Being here over the holidays I really appreciated the few tasteful holiday decorations. Well furnished with a super comfortable bed. Very close to everything downtown. I’ll certainly be back!

October 2023 Stay for 1 week

This was my second stay in 3 months. As with the first time, everything was great: cleanliness, location, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable bed/furniture, soft bath towels, etc. I will stay here again if the need arises in the future and would highly recommend it to others.

Ozzies Happy

Couple of Ozzies stayed in the unit for 6 days. Could not fault it. Comfy bed [ a must], super clean [ ditto] and one thing that did impress was that there were “things” in the cupboards to “get on with life” !!! Not bare by any means. Location? In the older part of town but you need wheels anyway and QUIET!! You need sleep. Best Thai restaurant a few blocks away
 as is the river. Recommend!
