We’re usually big fans of La Quinta and seek them out when we travel, but this location was incredibly disappointing. During our overnight stay, the public restroom near the front desk was never cleaned — the smell was awful and the trash was overflowing with tampon wrappers and other waste. Every trash can we saw, both inside and outside the hotel, was full and clearly hadn’t been emptied in a while. Breakfast was equally frustrating. By 7 :30 AM (breakfast was supposed to be provided until 9), all the eggs were gone, and staff said there wouldn’t be any more. The potatoes were undercooked, and a random container of gravy was just sitting out for biscuits and gravy. A staff member was serving herself, dropped the container of gravy , and then casually put it back on the counter for others to dish from — completely unsanitary. Spilled juice had been tracked through the lobby into the elevator and was left untouched the entire morning. Water was never filled, cereal all over the place, complete chaos in the breakfast area. What made it worse was seeing multiple staff members just sitting around while the hotel was clearly in need of attention. To top it off, when we arrived, our room was unlocked and had used contact lenses still in the sink and no towels. When we first got there they said they would be bringing them to us later on that day, we had to seek them out the next morning. We were really disappointed by the lack of cleanliness, professionalism, and basic hospit

Probably one of the worst breakfasts I had at a hotel in a long time. The eggs were probably the best thing, the sausage was cold, and the waffle batter was way too runny! Beds were comfortable tho.

Air conditioning loud and blows over the bed too much. Out of food 4 of the 5 mornings we were there. Some mornings no forks, only biscuits & gravy offered as hot food, no yogurt. No attendant on duty (front desk lady looked like she was doing both jobs). Dining and serving area dirty, food spilled everywhere. Rooms were tired looking & dingey.

The staff needs retrained. It started with check in. They gave us someone else’s room key. Walked right into someone’s room while they were sitting right there. The next morning the breakfast bar was a disgusting mess. The person that seemed to be in charge didn’t seem to care. They were out of plates and when I informed him, he said he was on it. He refilled the forks… so I used a bowl. Food was everywhere and instead of filling things up and cleaning he decided to take a phone call and go sit on the curb for a cigarette break. This was consistent for the entire stay aside from one day where someone else was running breakfast. On top of all of that, the cleaning service doesn’t acknowledge the do not disturb sign. We had it posted the entire time and yet they would still come into our room. But the strange thing is they would only do a couple things. They would take out one of the trashes and not the other. Or they took the extra sheets we had taken off the bed but not the towels. One day, they took the bar soap we had been using and that was all they seemed to do. Overall, I would never stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it solely based off of the staff.

They owe me a refund for 25.00 for early check in, nikki? Tried to do the sunday i left but their system kept messing up. She wrote an email to her manager to resolve the issue and i havent heard back from them at all. I call back today and the person working says it was refunded on the 15th which isnt possible because nikki couldnt do it. So she told me that it was up to my bank. The associate today wasn't helpful & she could barely find my reservation. And the manager didn't even bother yo email me or contact me to resolve this issue. I let the room issue go but this is horrible customer service.

Just simply will NEVER stay there again. Place was grubby and beat up and obscenely expensive for the -3 star level of hotel … filthy in bathroom and carpets a disgrace. It felt uncomfortable once discovered how dirty it was. After travelling 30 hours from South America.. I had NO energy to battle they person playing on their phone at the front desk. And my small children were exhausted. It was one night but just not worth complaining to the “we don’t care staff” I asked for a extra pillow and was told the room certainly must have sufficient due to 2 beds, I walked away.
