Quite farm house in the country just minutes from town

The "FarmHouse" is a very cozy 4 bedroom house sitting on 6 acres. We lived in this house for 13 years before building a house further back on the property. The farmhouse has been fully updated and remodeled. Designed with smaller families and couples in mind (occupancy up to 6 with 4 adults Max, Proper number and type of guests must be selected to avoid penalties). This little house is as cozy as it gets and has everything you need. Great Central location in the valley next to a golf course with views of the surrounding mountains. Easy access to town and all that the area has to offer. Enjoy a little open space, petting and hanging out with the farm animals and enjoying the amazing views while you're on vacation.
This home is for family vacation use only. This house is not available for rent for any other use. We do not allow hosting gatherings or family events.

Great spot just outside Bozeman

Was perfect for our family of 5. Clean, great responsiveness from owners. The animals kept our 8-year old's attention, and she loved waking up and going to see them before the day. Perfect launching point for Big Sky, Yellowstone, and day trips. Bozeman's restaurants are under 15 minutes. We had a very fun week.

Amazing for Kids!

We arrived and the house was very clean and tidy. My son enjoyed the slide, tree house and swings and especially the animals, this place is perfect for kids. It also has everything that you need to cook. We spent most of our evenings grilling and dining in. We joked the house was within 15 mins proximity to every place we went! Its close to town and still feels "off the beaten path". We asked for chairs to sit outside so we could enjoy the sunset and our host had them delivered within hours. We will be back!!!

Another great stay

This was our 2nd time staying at the property, and we spent 9 days there this time. The house feels so much bigger than it is. All of the common areas are really large. It is 10-15 minutes from everything (airport, downtown, Costco
) The house is remodeled and very clean, the sheets were nice and crisp, it has A/C - a lifesaver as it was in the 90’s while we weee there, and Jeff (the owner) was responsive to our inquiries. We love the country feel and watching the goats and sheep play right outside the kitchen window. We’ll be back!

Beautiful area. Nice older remodeled home. Mice were prevalent however and dead mice were discovered on a bait pad that had been there for some time. We went and bought mouse traps and caught one more. May want to invest in some pest control.

Very clean property. The kids loved the animals and swings. Everything we needed was in the cabin and provided. Centrally located- 10 min from Montana State, 10 min from downtown Bozeman, 1 hr 20 min to Yellowstone, and 15 minutes to airport. Great trip, great stay. Owners were very friendly and nice.

Excellent Stay

The farmhouse exceeded our expectations. It was larger than expected and every surface in every room has been updated. The kitchen is VERY well stocked (think: three different types of coffee makers, Keurig, traditional coffee maker and a French press). The host was very responsive to our couple of questions. While the hosts live on the property, too, we had total privacy here, and simply communicated through the VRBO app. We appreciated the self-check-in process, as well. We plan to stay here again.

Peaceful Retreat

We stayed for five nights. Unfortunately our trip was interrupted when my spouse had to spend a night in the local hospital. For what it is worth the local EMS crew and the Bozeman hospital are all absolutely first rate. I hope others do not need this service but just know it is there and first class. With regard to the property, we always stay at VRBO's when travelling and this one is a slice of heaven. The hosts have thought of everything in making this fantastic property a great and comfortable place to stay. 15 minutes to downtown means everything is very close yet you are outside of the hustle and bustle in a quant farmhouse. Having th animals right outside the door was a real treat. We will be back.

Special spot in Bozeman!

We loved our stay at the farm house cottage! The cottage itself was perfect for our family of 5. Clean, comfortable with all the “extras” you might need in a home away from home especially traveling with kids (cooking supplies, Tupperware etc). The actual grounds are amazing with swings, a tree house and farm animals— our kiddos absolutely loved the goats and horse especially. The location is close to downtown, hiking, hot springs, breweries. The owners couldn’t have been nicer and we definitely felt “at home”. We really had the best time.
