Cozy Cottage, 1 bedroom sleeps 2

Cozy one bedroom cottage on Anna Maria Island. Basic, comfortable and surrounded by shady trees. Just a three minute walk to the beach, a five minute walk to downtown Bridge St, local restaurants and bars, and directly across the street from a pickleball court. Free trolley transportation up and down the island with frequent service. Property has a well equipped kitchen, laundry room and there is a Queen-size pullout sofa. Ample parking. It is also located neck door to our other 1 bedroom cottage (4914483) for those who wish for multi-family bookings.

Fifty dollar per night discount factored in due to ongoing county construction. We love to share this beautiful part of Florida with our guests and aim to make each stay an enjoyable one.

PLEASE NOTE : For extended stay guests, in house cleaning is required every two weeks
with an additional fee.

We had such a great stay at this cottage on Anna Maria Island. The place felt instantly comfortable and had everything we needed, and we loved being able to walk to the beach every morning. Listing doesn’t do it justice, great historic cottage with lots of great character. Walk across the street to the beach , close to everything. Very clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.
