Excellent location just a block from the beach. Very helpful that they had all the beach chairs, umbrellas, floats, towels, cooler and beach cart. It made getting ready for our beach day so much easier. Our family had a great time playing ping-pong, most nights. The Pickleball court and basketball court just around the block was a bonus for the kids. The refrigerator outside as well as in the kitchen was so helpful with unpacking and packing for the beach each day. VRBO did not send me a check-in email, but it was very easy to communicate with the homeowner Who gave me directions on how to get in the house.The house was perfect for our family.

great to have both a pool and a hot tub, especially for a couple of cold weather days. Beds comfortable. Sleeps 7 but only seats 5 in living room - needs more furniture! And more cookware. Nice to have the separate deck are for the master bedroom/grandparent getaway (in our case). Easy walk to beach and playground with pickleball & basketball courts. Appreciated beach and pool toys too
