Anna Maria Island

The location was very nice and sunsets could be watched from our room. The security key wasnt an issue but not liked. Having to return it prior to leaving wasn't liked. A keyless code like the apartment access would be much better. Nice pool, hot tub. It was pretty dirty, utensils, pot holders, stove top were very unclean. Couch could use a good cleaning. It was very noisy hearing surrounding tenants, door & floors creeked, dogs barking. The cleanliness and noisy factors were a reason we probably wouldn't recommend this unit.

Amazing Stay

Our annual Florida Vacation was perfect with this stay. Couldn't ask for a better location and property. The condo was wonderfully decorated and made us feel at home with everything we needed. Amazing views from the balconies for Sunrise and Sunset. The Amenities here are very nice as well. Pool was very clean I really enjoyed sitting on the dock in the evening time. Looking forward to our next Braedenton Beach Vacation.

Enjoyed the trip , location and facilities! Would definitely recommend it!

Wonderful experience. The only drawback was the amount of stairs to our unit. I should have inquired as it is difficult being on the 4th floor with young children or elderly folks.

Loved the time we spent at Pelican Cove! We felt right at home. Spacious & convenient location across the street from the beach. Felt very safe in rental. Wish there was an easier way to pick up & return security keys. Also need more clear directions to operate TV’s

Great location and condo!

What a great location to the beach and lovely condo. We had such a great time staying here and will definitely be back. The view of the beach out the patio window was unbelievable, and the very short walk right across the street to the beach was even better. The condo had great amenities, and we had a great time!

Great location! Relaxing week!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Pelican Cove Unit 8! It was in a great location with beautiful beach views. And we were an easy walk from bridge street, which was fun. The accommodations were just as stated. We pretty much had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable! The only thing was, after picking up our key from the property management company and upon arrival to the condo at 3 pm, the cleaning crew was just getting started. We were not able to access the condo until 4 pm. Also, check out is 10 am. We felt that was early. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!
