This lovely 3 Bedroom, 2 bath waterfront home features a deep, saltwater canal with large, private, heated pool!
The open living room and dining room gives plenty of space for family to spread out and relax! The Florida sun room is where you will want to have your morning coffee or evening drinks. In this room you can play a game of ping pong or read a book while being surrounded by the picturesque scenery.

The main bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with double sinks and large jacuzzi tub and shower combo. One guest bedroom has a king size bed and the other one has two twin trundles which allows for sleeping up to four guests. The guest bathroom also has a tub shower combo.

Just bring your personal belongings and your boat. There is enough dock space to accommodate a boat up to 25 feet. You can watch the manatee's from the backyard in this fantastic Florida vacation property!

Pet fee is $200 per pet plus taxes, maximum of 2 pets unless otherwise approved by FDR. Small dogs only.

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

* Cancellation more than 90 days prior to arrival will receive a deposit refund less a $250 cancellation fee. Cancellation less than 90 days prior to arrival will forfeit all deposit received. Cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival will forfeit all monies on account. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
