Welcome to The Orange Leaf. This newly remodeled home is designed with a modern take on old Florida style. Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is spacious, bright, comfortable and filled with many opportunities for relaxation and fun. Step inside, kick off your shoes, and get ready to relax. Or step into our air conditioned garage game room filled with arcade games, a full air hockey table that can also allow for a competitive game of ping pong. Or relax on the couch and enjoy a movie on our smart tv.

Out back you will find an escape. Our backyard houses a pool, screened in lanai, grill, putting green and a wood burning firepit. We also have corn hole and life sized connect 4. Back inside our kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary tools to allow you to prepare wonderful meals throughout your stay. If you really want to leave our property and enjoy some of the other attractions around our beautiful city, we are just minutes from the AMI beaches(6-8 miles), restaurants, ocean horseback riding, jet skis and more. No need to overpack, we have provided you with beach chairs, towels, a cooler, and a beach umbrella to make your excursions a little easier. We look forward to hosting you in our beautiful home.

Guests have full access to the entire house. We have 2 owners closets that are locked.

We communicate strictly through Airbnb so please have the app downloaded on your phone. We are always available for anything you might need.

We live just a few miles away and are available for any questions or problems. Functional smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and first aid kit in the house.
Hospitals are minutes away if needed.

This is a free trolley that goes up and down Anna maria island and a bus comes to every stop every 20 minutes.
There are 26 stops in total on the island so you can get anywhere. FREE!

If staying in the area, we do suggest renting a vehicle.

1. There is absolutely no smoking of any kind allowed inside the house. There is a designated smoking area by the lounge chairs outside. Please dispose of ashes and butts in the ashtray provided. Please be certain to extinguish completely. Failure to abide by this rule will result in full loss of Security Deposit.
2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight on the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the Guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agree to above.
3. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00pm - 8:00am. Please respect our neighborhood and be “good neighbors” as some may not be on vacation and have to work.
4. Parking: parking is limited to two vehicles. Vehicles are to be parked in the driveway. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing and applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
5. Garbage: Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacle, located at the side of the house. Trash day is Monday and Fridays. Please take the recycling and/or trashcan to the curb on that day and bring it in after pick up on that day.
6. Water and hot water: DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products or diapers should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products or diapers have been flushed and clog the system, you could be charged for the repairs and damages.
7. Do not set the air conditioning temperature below 70F. The coils will freeze and you will be charged for damage to the unit.

9. Note we supply a starter kit of all toiletries, laundry detergent, dish soaps etc… after that it’s the guest’s responsibility.
