Welcome to Sunshine Social, a thoughtfully designed vacation-vibe retreat perfect for families, friends, and multigenerational groups. This property offers 6 bedrooms (including 5 king beds) across the main house and guest house, plus 4 bathrooms, a heated saltwater pool (with no charge for heat), and a hot tub. Blocks from the bay and a bridge away from Anna Maria Island. Enjoy beaches, fishing, jet skiing, and more. 12 minutes to IMG and 50 minutes to Lakewood Ranch Sports Complex.

The Space:
The main house features 5 bedrooms, a spacious chef’s kitchen plus a chef's pantry that includes another sink and prep area, and multiple areas for relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including plenty of dishes, a large gas range for family meals, and seating for up to 16 at the dining tables, with an additional 4 seats at the kitchen island. Relax in the living room or the sunroom, offering ample space for groups to gather and unwind. The main house also includes 2 full bathrooms (one in the master bedroom) and a half bath for added convenience.

The guest house offers a private retreat with 1 king bedroom, a full bunk bed with a twin trundle, and a half bathroom. An outdoor shower is also being added for extra convenience. The guest house provides a great option for those seeking privacy or a quiet space within the property.

A very functional home for a large family gathering. The large table, kitchen and living spaces are the highlight of this property. The pool, outside fire pit and basketball court were used and enjoyed. The host was available and responsive to our needs.

Sunshine Social was perfect for our stay in Braydenton for a destination wedding. That said we misunderstood the VRBO ad thinking there were 4 full baths. Not so. There were 2 full baths and 2 half baths. We made it work but rushed for the wedding. Loved the amenities, the cleanliness of the property and the responsiveness of the host and the closeness to Anna Maria Island. Would definitely stay here again. Christine from Massachusetts

Everything was perfect during our stay here. Cleanliness is very important to us, and we have nothing but positive things to say. Perfect Group Trip Stay

We stayed here with 8 adults in town for a Sarasota wedding and it was the perfect space!! House had everything we could possibly need, lots of fun activities / games in the garage, backyard pool was perfect. Host was very responsive for anything we needed or questions we had! 10/10 recommend and we all agreed we would stay here over again.

Amazing property!!

We had such a great time at this rental. The host, Megan, was super helpful and responded very quickly. The pool was nice and clean, there were bikes in the back garage available for us to ride, and some games in the main garage. 10/10

Great House with comfortable beds and excellent Gathering spots.

We were in town for a funeral and were lucky to find this place. It was a great house to allow family to be able to come together and spend time together, but also to have some time to yourself. 10/10 would stay there again if in the area.
