The grounds were beautifully maintained and our condo was close to the pool. Both hot tubs and pools are maintained by an outside company three times a week. The temperatures are checked two times a day in both the pool and the hot tubs. The hot tub next to the clubhouse is much hotter than the one next to the larger pool. It was great to have the basketball court and the option for Pickleball, tennis and ping-pong.Check in and out were very efficient with correct communication via the owner.The condo beds were very worn, both in appearance and comfort. The kitchen was missing paper towels, so we needed to purchase our own. It was nice to have laundry detergent and dishwasher powder provided. The slider for the walk out door did not slide easily, and should be replaced.We enjoyed having beach chairs provided for use. We enjoyed our stay and return, maybe adjust to a different condo.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Ning's home. The home is clean and comfortable; the site has 2 nice pools and other areas for entertainment. There were three of us, but it would be perfect for 4 people. The central location is great, close to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, and about 15 minutes away from Ana Maria Island. I would like to stay there again if I ever return to Bradenton.

4th of July get away.

Everything was great. Bed was comfortable, bathroom is roomy. Kitchen was well equipped, has everything you need except the food. This was our 2nd time we have stayed at the property.

This place was just as advertised. Everything was perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked for someone who loves to cook when family is together. Close to lots of shopping and food. The pool toys and beach chairs / umbrella were a great added touch. Would definitely stay again

Fantastic property close to everything

I was extremely surprised to find this gem in Bradenton. Walking distance to Publix, Aldi, dollar store, movie theater. Close to many restaurants. Very reasonable drive to Siesta Key, Lido Key, and places south even short drive North to St Pete's. I would stay here again!

Very nice complex with pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, etc. Very clean. Owner very responsive with my questions. Very close to IMG Academy. Loved the patio. The only thing I didn't like was the (2-bedroom) decor - box spring and bed frame exposed & blankets were both twin size (with one bed being a full) - photo shows nicer bedspreads. But I would still consider booking this unit again. Thanks, Ning.

clean and convenient

This condo is comfortable, clean and convenient and the complex has great amenities. The decor is very sparse with no bedspreads on the beds, only blankets though that doesn't really matter. The unit could use some new paint and general updating. It is a good value for the price.

I have been renting apartments in this area/neighborhood many times, and this one was by far the worst. The pictures make it look much nicer than it is. It is super run down and not cozy at all.- you are greeted by a smell-mix of clorox/industrial cleaner and musty, which settles into only musty after a couple of days- the apartment is superficially very clean, but because everything is so old, especially the kitchen, it does not feel clean at all. the kitchen cabinets are sticky and smelly inside...the kitchen hood and air vents don't seem to have been cleaned in decades...it feels a bit like a public restroom in a train station just after the cleaners left...it is kind of clean, but you somehow still don't want to touch anything...- the kitchen is not very well equipped...only drip coffee, no nespresso or keurig, no blender, a wild mix of cups and pots and cups and plates...- the fridge is smelly- half of the lights were not working throughout the flat- in the master bedroom, half of the sockets were dead...you had to kind of decide if you want light or charge your devices...- the mattress cover and "fitted" sheet were so old the elastic wasn't elastic anymore and didn't hold on to the mattress...sooner or later you are sleeping on the uncovered mattress...gross...also, the mattress protection cover was a very noisy kind of plastic, felt like sleeping on plastic grocery bags- tiny TV's- all neighbors are smokers so are you when sitting outside or opening a window

This is an older unit that has been painted and has new furniture. It has a nice view of a pond. It was clean and the king bed mattress is new and comfortable. A Publix grocery store is right next door and there are many restaurants nearby.

We stayed in this condo for the month of February. Shorewalk has great amenities. the condo has a well equiped kitchen and is close to the pools and tennis court. The owner was very responsive and responded quickly to any questions/suggestions we had. We look forward to staying here again next year.

The location of this condo was enjoyable with the use of two pools, tennis courts, two pickleball courts, game courts, ponds, other amenities for every age - an overall very pleasant, quiet community. It is so close to grocery stores, too.

Clean as a whistle

Great condo for a short stay. Well equipped and timely communication with owner. The condo had a “musty smell” when you walk in but once the fan on the AC unit is on it dissipates quickly. Could use a more comfortable chair in living room but furniture is fine for the space. We enjoyed our stay!

Great experience

Ning was a wonderful host! Really great rental. The location was great for IMG and local needs. The condo area was well mainand fun amenities.The listing and photos were very accurate. We were highly impressed with the cleanliness of the condo. Ning’s communication was excellent. There is some minor wear and tear on the condo which didn’t bother us at all. My only suggestion would be to add curtains to the bedroom windows (in addition to the blinds which are already there) as the condo’s outside lights make bedrooms very light all night.
