Enjoy this spacious and newly updated 2/2 second floor 1,174 Sq. ft. condo at the Shorewalk vacation resort in Bradenton, Florida. This serene property is filled with the “old Florida” charm that makes your beach getaway ultra relaxing.

Located 7 miles from the Gulf/AMI beaches & 2 miles from IMG Academy, also 20 min drive by car to the Sarasota airport.
WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE: Publix supermarket, Amped Fitness, Aldi Grocery store, CVS Pharmacy, Golf course, restaurants and Regal Oakmont movie theater Shorewalk), shopping center and restaurants. Free parking on premises.

This second-floor condo is elegantly furnished with a Florida & tropical style, featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, located on the second floor with a superb view from the patio facing south side (more sun) in the desirable Shorewalk Villas vacation resort complex.
The condo features a master king bed with dresser, an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, the second bedroom boasts a queen bed and a bathroom with shower and bathtub.

It is comfortably turn-key furnished and we provide our guests with free TV Cable, and Wi-Fi Internet

Bedroom #1- Master bedroom w/ King Bed, ensuite bathroom with walking shower.
The master bedroom displays a comfy, solid and elegant furniture collection, island-inspired, equipped with a comfortable King size bedroom set displaying a rich blend of materials including natural rattan woven wicker, mahogany solids and veneers in a refined cinnamon finish. Also, it features a desk & office chair for remote work.
Bedroom #2- Queen Bed with bathroom: The second bedroom displays a Queen size bed in a tropical Tommy Bahama style.
Full Kitchen w/ dining: The upgraded kitchen is provided with brand new appliances: refrigerator with top freezer and ice maker, stove, dishwasher, microwave also toaster, coffeemaker and fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and plates need it to cook your own meals.
Living Room: You will be surprised as well by the tropical style of the setting of the living room.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the screened lanai with comfy rattan sofa, table and chairs overlooking a peaceful pond with water fountain. Fresh bedding, towels and soaps will be provided upon your arrival.
Free parking on premises in the front of the building. There is no parking allowed for commercial vehicles.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely St. Petersburg condo, just a short drive from the breathtaking beaches of Anna Maria Island. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. We especially enjoyed the community amenities—there’s a beautiful pool, a clubhouse with a pool table, and well-maintained tennis courts. It was the perfect mix of beach days and fun on-site activities. The area is quiet and peaceful, yet close to great restaurants, shops, and of course, the stunning Gulf Coast. The host Daniel is very responsive and provides all the information for easy check-in and allowed us late check--out. Highly recommend this spot for a relaxing Florida vacation.

Wonderful condo - super clean and beautiful

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The condo is up to date with new appliances and beautiful furniture. Loved the walk in closet in the main bedroom and desk for computer work. Lots of nice dishes, pots and pans, and silverware etc. Everything you need to cook your own meals in the condo. A short walk to the pool too! Everything was very clean and organized! We will definitely stay here again if we are going to Shorewalk in the future.

Perfect Family Vacation

We loved the location and convenience of this condo! The proximity to beaches, restaurants, and stores made this the perfect place for our family. The unit was sparkling clean, and the amenities were just what we needed. We loved breakfasting on the lanai enjoyed cozy evenings together in the family room. We would definitely recommend this VRBO and plan to return soon!

Excellent stay at Palms!

This unit is lovely and very clean. It is located close to the clubhouse so the pool and hot tub are close by. There is a Publix and an excellent gym within a 5 minute walk. Daniel was a great host, very responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely Condo

This condo was so clean! Everywhere, even the Lanai. Super pleased with that. It is spacious and has what you need for a great stay. Close to everything and the grocery store is within walking distance. The online listing looked to be on the first floor but it is on the second floor, which created a hardship for my brother who is handicapped. Maybe the pictures and description should show that it is second floor. I will be sure to ask when I book future reservations. The furnishings are nice, with a nice sofa on the Lanai where I took many naps! It is screened in so no bugs to bother you. Master bedroom and bath are sufficient but the water pressure in the bathroom sink is terrible. They also need to leave more washcloths as 2 for a week long stay is not near enough. The kitchen is equipped satisfactorily. They do need to upgrade the faucet to include a sprayer so the sink can be cleaned properly when cooking. All the appliances look new and they work perfectly. Even the ice maker works! All in all this was a great place to stay and I would definitely book it again.

Clean, quiet and comfortable condo

I enjoyed my extended weekend at Dan’s condo. I traveled solo and felt very safe. Was in Town for my niece’s graduation. The 2 pools were warm and welcoming. There was good security at the pool to correct any infractions (just children jumping into pool) and my pool pass was checked both days I was there to ensure only condo guests were present. The pool passes are a must!! Thanks Dan for allowing me to stay in your condo. I will keep it in mind for future visits to the Bradenton area, one of my favorite Florida locations!!!
