We enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff was friendly and check in and out was smooth. The hotel was clean. We would stay here again!

Room was clean, updated, and priced right. Pillows are awful though and need replaced. Mattress is hard. Made for a long night of tossing and turning.

Common areas were very warm . Seemed like the air conditioning was not working in common areas such as the lobby , hallways etc. I hada king room.for two nights. Room was clean at check in and in good condition. Housekeeping after the first night tidied up the room, but did not restock towels, toilet paper. I would of reused the towel but they were taken. Cooling in room was good and it was quiet. Bed was average . For the price this was a good stay

Staff was great… hard to travel with a pet and this was our first experience and they made it so great for us AND the pup! Recommend and will be staying here every time we come visit our child at ST Bonaventure

My room smelled horrible. The smell of stale cigarettes was disgusting. None of the outlets on the base of the lamps worked to charge my phone. One of the lamps didn’t work at all. There were no water bottles in the vending machines or anything else.
