Best Vacation Ever
The size and location canât be beat. The access to the water with the dock was our favorite place to hang out. We swam, laughed and made many memories. We enjoyed that all of us had our own rooms with adjoining bathrooms. The kitchen and living space were nice size, which kept us from feeling crowded. There were 8 adults and 3 kids and we never came close to running out of beach towels or bath towel. The kitchen is stocked with all the equipment you need. The owners are very nice and easy to communicate with. Our son left his work phone there and Debbie, was nice enough to overnight it to him. The cons of the property are: I did not like the check in process. You meet the owners there and they give you a tour and the keys. I would prefer to just read the nice book of information they have there and pick the keys up with a drop box. The home needs a major cleaning from top to bottom. There was dust so thick on the headboard where we slept, the floors didnât appear to have been swept. We swept the living room, kitchen and room we slept in and couldnât believe the amount of sand and dog hair we got up. There was a ton of sand on the ottoman in the living room also. The outdoor furniture didnât appear to have been wiped down for awhile. The sunroom is listed as a bedroom when it fact it isnât. A HUGE disappointed was the slide at the deck is broken. The deck railings are loose and need to be fixed. However, we would stay here again because the size of the house is perfect for us
