The decor was comfortable, but out-dated. We thought we would get to use the fireplace that was advertised, but it did not work. We were told afterwards that none of the fireplaces work. We enjoyed having the use of the washer & dryer, but the lint was greatly built up in the dryer. All of the blinds in the unit were in ill repair and we could not open them, which let a claustrophobic feel. The check-in and check-out staff were friendly and helpful especially in heklping us to add another night on the front end of our stay. We enjoyed our time at Great Rock, but these little things add up and I would not be as likely to recommend or stay again.

Property looked nice surrounded by a gaolf course, and woods. However, you are given these run around circus go here and there to get your key and checkin. First day in the dhower door handle fell off wasn't the first-time, looked they tried some tape. Second day elevator stop working snd my handicapped brother had to wak 2 flights stairs til yhey got it going.

The property manager where we picked up our keys was so friendly. Our room was super clean. Need to add some ice trays but overall it is a great place to stay away from the strip but close.

Office is not on site. If you need anything after 4 pm you have to go get it. First room we got smelled like mold and urine. Had to drive back to the office crossing 76. IYKYK. Given a different room drove back to the property. It smelled much better but the bed was awful. Caved in in the middle. Would have been more comfortable sleeping in the parking lot.

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and had a great experience overall. We had a full kitchen, living and dining area, and a large bathroom with a stand-up shower and large tub. The room was very clean, and we had zero issues with check-in or anything else during our stay. It was perfect for a weekend getaway. The only slightly negative thing was that the AC seemed to struggle a bit in the evenings—but that may be in part that it was extremely hot all weekend. The only other thing worth mentioning is about check-out. When we checked in, we were told to leave our key cards on the counter and call to let them know we were checking out. I called as we were leaving and the woman I spoke to on the phone seemed a little annoyed that we’d been told to do it that way. She wasn’t rude, just seemed a bit irritated. After reading other reviews, it seems like this happens fairly often. It would be helpful if all staff communicated the same check-out process to avoid confusion. That said, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning for future visits!

Exceeded our expectations, was really big and looked like an apartment. Was very nice and clean. Kinda a pain to use the outside elevator and was told by front desk (have to check in at a different location) we didnt have to return the key card only to be told when we called to check out we had to bring them back because housekeeper wouldnt find them and we would be charged. Overall experience was great and will probably use them again

We had a great stay! The house was well stocked with towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, cookware, and even condiments and spices! The beds were comfortable, the house was very spacious, and the AC was great! We would highly recommend this place to friends and family!

Nice quiet place, Uncomfortable bed

Location was good, it was quiet, off the strip but easy getting to everything. Kitchen- it was nice to have a kitchen to have breakfast and cook a few dinners. Loved having a washer and dryer. Bed- the second bedroom had a nice comfortable bed and pillows. The master was absolutely horrible! The most uncomfortable bed I ever spelt on. The mattress is probably 25-30 years old. The pillows were probably just as old. The toilet in the master runs unless you jiggle the handle. Other than the bed it was a nice place to stay. We would stay again as long as they get a new mattress. There is no view! Trees are over grown! Room 213

Our stay was great. We had one issue ipon arriving. Our 1 bedroom had a double bed. But we had rented a king size. Front desk upgraded us to a 2 bedroom. Other thsn the bed being very firm, the room was great. Highly recommend

Ok, but disappointed with front desk

Lets start with my husband has been fighting a very aggressive cancer. He just finished chemo a couple of weeks ago and gets a 4 week break before loosing his stomach and esophagus. He wanted a quick trip before surgery. So we chose branson since its like 4 hours from home. I called the actual front desk because the description said jacuzzi tub on the 1 bedroom condos. She verified it did. So i booked it. Coke to fine out it DOES NOT have a jacuzzi tub in the 1 bedroom. Only the 2 bedroom does. We check in and find this issue and call the drint desk again. The gorl said she will figure out a solution and call me right back. That was on Thrusday. Well today is Sunday and still have not heard back. Imagine that. The condo itself was just ok. Better than a hotel room. Could use some updating. Old wallpaper falling off walls in bathroom. Wallpaper was just dirty. Black pubic hairs all over tub, crackers smashed all over under the bed. Could use some basic cleaning. The grounds need some landscaping attention. Bushes overgrown into the habdicap parking. Something smells horrible of cat urine by building #2. The place is ok, not fancy by any means. For the price its ok. Its quiet and off the beaten path.

What a nice place. It was roomy,clean and the parking was nice. The only complaint I have is, room that we booked said that it was a King bed. But we had a full bed instead.
