This condo offers its guests barbecue grills and an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock. Limited free parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
It was great, clean, and conveniently close to all of the best spots in Branson. The only thing is If you have more than 3 people ask for more pillows. We booked for 4 people and were only provided with 3 pillows, but wasnât that big of a deal and we made it work!
The trees & nature sounds. Rooms were very spacious. Great communication with check-in. Only major complaint...would have enjoyed nature in its fullness if the room we were assigned to did not have 8 huge AC/HEAT units outside of our unit that labored to go on and off throughout our stay. We hope to return in the future, but will tailor our request & stay away from 212A!
We were very happy with the Condo we were assigned. It was situated off the yellow route in a quiet area. The listing stayed the location was a short walk from the strip, this was not the case. The condo had a full size coffee maker, and there was a charcoal grill on site.
There were minor maintenance issues that a person not attending to details would overlook. We left a note when we left.
it was horrible to not go there the floor was sticky there was white sticky stuff on carpet.the bathroom sink didn't work.the card would stop working even with not putting it near a phone.it was dirty the head board was lose and kept tilting.the shades were the opposite way so we realized two days later after standing outside our window that everyone could see us watching tv in bed.it was loud all the time I heard running and loud noises at night and early at night and all day. I got a room I didn't book I booked a top floor they gave me a room I had to go down stairs.
We loved this place. We were the only ones there so I cannot testify to noise from others. It was roomy, clean and comfortable. My only complaint would be that there weren't real coffee mugs. They were tiny and made of plastic, so couldn't reheat coffee in the microwave. I just bought a couple at Walmart and got coffee filters to use our own coffee, as they do have some, but it is the typical hotel coffee that I don't really want to drink. The staff was very helpful, the heater was awesome as it was 15 outside but 70+ in our room. Overall, would recommend it and would stay again as the price was reasonable too. I loved that we had our own kitchen and weren't dependent on eating out the whole trip.
The rooms are very nice I will say that but false advertising on things in room.
1. It was a queen size bed not King.
2. Stated in ad jacuzzi tub, but was not
3. Electrical outlets did not work unless you finally figured out that you and to turn lights on for them to work.
4. No blow dryer like ad says there
5. That warm cozy fireplace in description and pictures are not even hooked up to gas.
So many false advertising it is unreal and disappointing. When I called to complain the guy at desk said yes we know but blah blah blah and I will make note and have manager call you in morning, well no phone call.
We will not return
This place has very little sound insulation. We could hear everything happening in the units next to us and anyone walking on the deck outside. Toilet was broken, maintenance tried to fix, but unable. Beds had very minimal pillows, blankets. Very dated compared to pictures. Staff was friendly and tried to help.
Overall - great. Located about a mile from the strip, which was nice (last year we stayed right on Hwy 76 and it was loud). Clean. Only real complaint: there was a plastic covering over the mattress (under the sheet) that could be felt thru the sheet that made it somewhat uncomfortable to sleep. Staff was really nice and helpful.
There are 2 buildings on the property, the photos in the listing are of the updated building, we stayed in the older or less updated building. The condo was clean and comfortable, check in was easy, and the elevator was an added benefit to access the unit. The exterior flooring was wooden decking which was loud when people walked by with suitcases or the housekeeping carts. Overall it was nice, easily accessible and in a great location.
This was a lovely place to stay. In our two bedroom condo the back bedroom was very quiet; however, the front bedroom occupants were bothered by neighbor noise and what we think must have been some sort of HVAC noise above them. I would stay here again but would request a room not on the top floor. Communication was lacking. I had to call the front desk numerous times to get information that is normally provided. The stocked kitchen made it easy to have meals without going out.
The room was clean and nice but the walls are paper thin. We could hear every person around us. The bedroom is placed by the walkeay, so you could hear every suitcase rolling by. Not a great idea. Bed was hard as a rock and mattress was wrapped in a plastic cover, so you heard that every time you moved.
Place is older but quiet. Clean needs updated. Kitchen needs storage containers with lids for leftovers for when you cook. Needs updated mattress and needed curtains or blinds on the door going out to the balcony.
