The leasing company was great to work with and would answer questions quickly. The beds were very comfortable! Easy access to the condo. We loved the front door parking able to walk in straight in to the unit. I would have liked see Kleenex & full length mirror provided. The master bedroom was a great space. The master bathroom did not have any shelves to lay your shower items in, not a big deal we laid them on the shower floor, there was plenty room. No hand towel rack to hang up by the sink. We living room is a smaller area. 4 people could sit on the couch & chair. The others had to sit at dining room table. The other 2 bedrooms were small, but did the job. All bedrooms had plugins in the bedroom for USB ports or regular plugins, nice touch. The price was great a& we would diffidently stay again.
To start, this review is not about the management company. They were good and easy to work with. Check in was easy and communication was prompt. They werenât helpful to my situation but I do believe it was out of their control. My families summer vacation was seemingly ruined by choosing this place to stay. The good - The pictures online are true to fact, it is new and clean. The furniture and bedding was comfortable. The restrooms and showers were nice with plenty of hot water. WiFi worked well with nice Smart TVâs in every room. Linens were a bit stiff, not soft, but useable. Felt safe and secure. The bad - The parking is horrible. Each unit has two spots. Problem is, since these are 3 and 4 bed units, families were showing up in 3 and 4 cars. Not one time were we able to park anywhere near our building. There were even people parking in the street which is very steep. -The windows have no curtains. There is light coming through the front room at all times on night. There are blinds but it doesnât cut the light. This made it difficult to sleep. -There is zero soundproofing between the floors. WE COULD HEAR EVERY FOOTSTEP, NOISE, MUFFLED VOICES, WATER DRAINING, everything from the unit above. It was terrible. Sounded like fireworks going off when things were dropped or steps taken. We got zero sleep. No sleep lead to exhausted outings. -The A/C doesnât keep the bedrooms cool -VRBO only lets me have 1500 characters to leave a review. Itâs not enough.
We stayed here recently for a short 3 days in Branson the rental was very clean and looked brand new. All furnishings worked great. Location is perfect about 10 min to Silver Dollar City and downtown Branson. Neighborhood is quiet. Communications with property manager and check in/check out was very quick and easy. We highly recommend this rental and we hope to return.
Location was perfect for our family vacation. Unit was clean and discount tickets to local attractions were a plus. Communication was excellent. However, the soundproofing between units was poor and foot traffic and noise from the upstairs unit kept us from sleeping well most nights.
We enjoyed our stay! Everything was just as described. As another review mentioned, you can hear the people above walking when they are there. Iâm not sure if they live there or are vacationing, though. Iâm still giving 5 stars bc the condo was very clean and I donât feel like itâs the owners fault that the people above walk loudly. Also, they seemed respectful of time and werenât up at all hours. We would definitely stay again!
The condo was super cute, on the first floor, and extremely clean! The little patio outside was quaint and absolutely perfect! I loved that it had a rock wall back behind it so it wasnât just somebody elseâs yard. The only reason Iâm leaving four star stars instead of five is there are a few things that couldâve made our stay just a little bit better.First, when building these condos, the owner should make sure and really have the walls insulated. There was a family above us with children. We could hear the adults, walking softly across the floor and even mumbles of some conversations. I didnât report it to the management team because we truly didnât believe they were trying to intentionally be loud at all and it didnât go late into the evening either. But nonetheless, I wanted to let you know so that in the future, if you are building additional condos, maybe this issue can be addressed. The next two items would be fairly easy to fix. You need curtains in the bedrooms so that the light doesnât shine in. There was one day I wouldâve had an opportunity to sleep in and couldnât sleep past 6:30 AM. Also, it would be nice if you left a broom or a dust pan with a brush out for guests to use as needed. My daughter happened to break a bottle outside on the sidewalk and I was struggling to get as much of the glass cleaned up as possible.Other than those small items, we had an absolutely wonderful stay!
