The Space:
Let the unwinding and relaxing begin with your first step through the door as the earthy tones, wood furnishings, and natural light welcome you in. While the home is surrounded by vibrant green nature, you’re also just a short drive from theater shows, theme parks, and live music.

When you enter the home’s main level, you’ll arrive to an open space that combines the kitchen, formal dining space, and living room into an area for gathering and enjoying company. Here you can relax around the electric fireplace to unwind after days of exploration or enjoy a night in with a movie on the large screen smart tv. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a toaster, coffee maker, and blender for easy preparation of anything from quick snacks to entire meals. An indoor dining space is located just off the kitchen with seating for 6. For meals al fresco, head through the living area to the sliding glass doors that lead to a screened-in back patio. Here you can take in the sights and sounds of nature, including the property’s centrally located pond.

This home sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living space. Both bedrooms are located on the lower level of the home.

- Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, smart tv, and en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combo.
- Bedroom #2 has a king size bed, smart tv, and en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo and double vanity. This room also has access to a private, screened-in back patio with seating to enjoy the lush green landscape. A door from the patio opens so you can stroll the grounds and perhaps visit the picturesque gazebo directly beside the pond.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.
• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.
• A queen size sleeping sofa is provided in the living area.
• A third half-bathroom is located just off the home's kitchen area.
• 2 parking spots available.
• Washer and dryer in unit.
• The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
• Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds due to the event that any amenities are closed for any reason.
• As a thank you for booking your reservation with us here in the Branson area, we wish to include with each reservation, (2) complimentary tickets to your choice of one of the shows at, “The Hughes Brothers Theatre.”

In addition to the many resort amenities onsite, you’ll be 10 minutes from Table Rock Lake where you can enjoy world-class fishing, water sports, boating, swimming, and a generally inviting family atmosphere. You’ll also be within 15 minutes of many outstanding hiking options, including the 362 acres of trails, scenic landscapes, and rolling green glades of the White River Balds Natural Preserve.

This ideal location also puts you within 8 miles of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy.
