We had several problems on this stay. Our air conditioning wasn't working properly, the refrigerator wasn't working and the TV wouldn't work. The staff did address everything and all was working for the second night. The hotel is off the main road (hwy 76) enough that there isn't any noise and the surrounding area, like much of the Ozarks, is beautiful.

Pool and Hot tub were nice. Our room had a smell to it so we kept our window open the whole time. Our AC also did not work so it's a good thing we had our window open. Also 2 of our light bulbs were burnt out in our bathroom.

The hotel was in a great location compared to everything around it. It was super easy to get to it and to get to any of the attractions. The staff were great throughout our visit. The hotel was clean and in a safe location. Would stay there again.
