This upstairs unit is part of a four-plex, meaning there are neighboring walls, and guests should note there are approximately 16 steps leading up to the front door.

Everything was as shown in the photos and either thing worked as should have. My only “complaint”, not really a complaint because i understand why, is that hot water does not stay hot for long but maybe i missed it saying that somewhere.
