Rooms need updating. Tub/shower poor condition, dirty looking. Beds lumpy, worn out. Breakfast, no meats served. Very crowded. Sidewalk area dirty & sticky. Staff were friendly and accomodating. Overall, facilities need updating/renovating.

Do yourself a favor and ask to see the room before you get your keys. It's very dated which I could live with but the baseboards were covered in dust and behind the tables were awful. Under the hvac hadn't been vacuumed in quite some time as well. The bed sheets were wrinkled and appeared to have been reused from the prior guests. And the best part...the room was full of fleas! I appreciate allowing pets but come on.

We are not really picky people but the Room was just okay. When we arrived they had to change the bedding as there was hair on pillow case & sheet. Room was cleaned/refreshed some days but not others and not as it should have been. Air conditioner leaked onto and across the floor. Bed was not very comfortable. Workers were very friendly and polite though. Sorry to say but we will find somewhere else to stay next time. It's a very cute place but our room, at least, needed upgraded in a very bad way.

Price was good. Breakfast was advertised as continental, but had hot biscuits and gravy which was a pleasant surprise. The bed was squeaky and the pillows were stiff. The maid service only replaced 3 of 4 dirty towels and didn’t replace the coffee or the cups. Room was clean, but just outside the door there was some trash that was never picked up the two nights we were there.

The location was perfect and close to the shows and restaurants. The value was great and much appreciated. On our month long trip across America, this was the best value we’ve experienced. We will definitely stay here again on future visits. My only concern is that the hotel is built on a hill and if you have very poor mobility, it may be difficult walking uphill and navigating the stairs. Overall, if you can walk without a walker then book it. You won’t regret it.

Parking was good, well lit and cameras everywhere. Room was clean but very dated. Beds were worn. Breakfast area was very small and crowded. We chose to eat one of the delicious breakfast in town. Over all this place is good for the money.
