Everything from checking in to checking out was easy and delightful. Diane checked us in and she was very well spoken, informative, and Sweet! The Deluxe Penthouse suite was comfortable, roomy, and had everything we needed, plus the view, gorgeous! We will be back!

Currently, they were under construction on a couple of buildings, but the one we stayed in was fine. I may need to be updated a little bit, but everything was workable in order and very clean and very peaceful even though the construction was going on I never even knew it by the sound . There was an indoor pool and two outdoor pools and a big outdoor Jacuzzi and two indoor hot tubs. Very very nice. They had a gym and in a rec room down in the vets building the business center I loved it.
It was a good quick breakfast that and I had a little liquor with my coffee.lol

Resort was very nice and comfortable the grounds well maintained the pool and Jacuzzi were fabulous. Only complaint was the people in the unit next to us one of the individuals thought they were an opera singer but they weren’t and we could hear it through the walls the in room, Jacuzzi tub was fabulous

Looks promising but questionable management

Many things were broken in the room, shower never drained and they never came to repair it after we requested they did. So we all had to take turns showering in everyone's shower water. Had to request a fitted sheet for the pull out bed and they questioned why we needed more than one sheet to sleep with... bare mattress?? Don't use the credit card machine at the arcade. It takes your swipe and never gives the coins. When I checked in, once the lady who gives out parking passes knew I wasn't interested in buying time share, she wasn't interested in eye contact anymore. Move on, next! They don't seem to care about the guests once they get your money. I don't usually write reviews but want to save other people from experiencing the same :(

Property itself was good.some miscommunication regarding room placement, was resolved quickly. Only issue was the sofa/ sofabed very lumpy uncomfortable. Maintenance excellent, chirping smoke detector fixed immediately upon notification 10 o'clock at night. Loved washer/dryer in unit.
