Your lake vacation and adventure begins here in this luxury two bedroom / two bath newly renovated, lake view condo. Situated on the crystal clear shores of Kennel Branch Cove, right off the main channel of Table Rock Lake near Point Seven. Our unit resides in the pristine, gated Ozark Mountain Resort.

Bringing a boat? You can rent a slip at Port of Kimberling Marina, a short 10 minute drive from resort. They rent out boats, slips and toys for your enjoyment. Call early, they book quick. There are no docks for rent at the actual resort. If you would like to park boat and or trailer, we have FREE boat and trailer parking right at the resort. The area is locked at night for safety.

The Rocky Shore unit has just completed a new renovation with a new 75 inch SMART tv in living room, blue ray players, FREE WIFI in unit, master bath whirlpool tub, new carpeting, paint, decor and stunning furniture. Family friendly with a split-floor plan, spacious great room that opens to a deck overlooking the lake area. The unit also has a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washer, dryer and even hosts a small refrigerator, bar area and sink in secondary bedroom. Each bedroom features a new flat screen plasma tv for your entertainment.

The private condo pool and hot tub area in addition to a beautiful gazebo that overlooks the condominium grounds with a breathtaking view of the lake. A great area complete with picnic are with tables and charcoal grills for family lake enjoyment. 'Relax on the upper gazebo with a drink and loved one while you watch the sun set on the lake and mountains below.

This property is truly a masterpiece for any families vacation destination. In the local Branson, Kimberling City area you will find three pristine lakes, twelve championship golf courses, fifty two outstanding live performance theaters and Silver Dollar City amusement park only 12 miles away. As well you will find a full range of dining options, endless shopping, (four outlet malls and the new Branson Landing).

Beautiful condo!

My three daughters and I rented this condo for a girls getaway. It was just as described. Beautifully decorated and the location breathtaking. The one thing that was a bit of a challenge was the stairs going down to the entrance of the condo. I have MS. However, I was able to maneuver the steps with the help of my daughters. I would highly recommend!

Beautiful condo!

We enjoyed spending time with our 13 year old grandson fishing and touring Kimberling City. The condo was very comfortable and we had plenty of room for the 3 of us. The condo has been remodeled and it is very pretty. The condo is on the lake and is a short walk to the shoreline.

Nice Condo

The condo was nice and clean. Hard to find in the dark but we managed. The property was very hilly, so we drove to the pool and boat ramp for fishing. Convenient to all the Branson attractions without the crowds.

Excellent place to stay

We’ve stayed at a lot of VRBO’s and this is one of the nicest ones! The place is exactly as the pictures show. It’s spacious and decorated really well. The view is gorgeous over the lake. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck. It was so peaceful. The only dislike we had at all was that the master bedroom has a king bed that has a really firm mattress. We would prefer a softer mattress but that’s personal preference. We would definitely stay here again and hope to get to do so soon.

Anniversary Getaway

Edgewater Escape is a beautiful condo! We enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and the view from the balcony with the lake peeking through the trees. We were about 25-30 minutes from Branson Landing and about 20-25 minutes from Silver Dollar City. We would definitely look at booking this location again!!

Very clean and nice. We are in our 60’s, so the terrain plus stairs down to the condo was a little hard on the knees. But the surroundings were beautiful. Very spacious and comfortable. Had a great time with our grandson.
