The property was super clean and nice. Love the styling of the funiture and loved that each room had its own bathroom. It was very spacious and family friendly.

It was ok until


Things were good until I tried to cook a pizza and couldn’t get the oven to work so my husband checked the breaker box and noticed the breaker for the stove was off, so he turned it on and I started to warm the stove. 10 minutes later I go to put the pizza in the stove and my youngest son had a hot pocket in the microwave I got it out cut it up and he went to grab it off the top of the stove and he screamed bloody murder saying it burnt me mama. And sure enough the burner was hot as hell, but none of the knives were turned on that’s a huge problem and we were not aware of that. No one told us that there was a malfunction with the stove. We figured it out The hard way with my kid getting his fingers burnt. Not cool at all will not be traveling back to that resort! Y’all better be careful and check your stoves and make sure y’all don’t have the same problem we did!!

Our stay was okay...

The condo was fairly nice and looked as advertised. The beds were comfortable but the frames were squeaky. My biggest issue was with the stove, it wouldn't work at first & then I realized that the breaker was turned off and thought it was a bit strange but didn't think much of it. I cooked breakfast and afterwards, my 10-year-old was helping me clean up and the stove burned two of her fingers. That's when I realized why the breaker was turned off. The front right burner never shut off even when the knob was turned off. Other than that it was a decent stay.

Overall great but wish the jacuzzi tub worked

This was a great location. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to enjoy Branson life. Everything was clean and pretty and I loved the touch of the basket of blankets in the living room to get cozy. It made me feel at home. I was disappointed that the jacuzzi tub didn’t work since it was one of the main things that led me to choose this rental. The iron also didn’t work and a burner on the stove wouldn’t heat up as well. Other than that it was a great place. I would go back again. I would just call and make sure the jacuzzi worked first.

Shower in second is either hot or cold. Water very hot quickly and would be dangerous for children. Listing said short distance to downtown branson. Was on Forsythe. Was not near.

Perfect little condo

We stayed for a week at the condo at holiday hills resort and loved every minute of our time there! The condo was perfect, I loved having a full kitchen to be able to cook some meals. The deck was awesome to relax on after long days! My kids loved all the pool time they got In The resort pools as well as the activity/Game Center! We would definitely recommend this property and hope to stay again when we come back to Branson!

Nice property

Property suited our needs. If planning to cook, very few pans, dishes, etc.. We were moved to this property because of water issue in the one we rented. No problems. Nice view of pond & greens. Thank you for sharing your home.

Nice place for a getaway weekend

It was a nice place overall, shower in master was really old & small, no door in the master bathroom except for toilet area, beds were ok but master had hair on sheets and other bed was basically on the floor. Condo was fairly clean other than that. Living dining area was nice. Parking could be a problem during busier times because it’s in a huge complex with alot of condos all around.

Almost a great place to stay

Nice location, quiet property, comfortable furnishings. Great attention to detail with Christmas decor. Loved the large whirlpool tub. More attention to cleanliness and this would be a fantastic place to stay. Master shower in dire need of cleaning/renovation.

Slightly disappointed

We visit Branson pretty regularly and always look for somewhere different to stay: we were excited to find this property for all of us and the reviews were shining of cleanliness. We arrived late around 9pm. The first guest room had 1 hair in the bed, but the master bed was FULL of hairs. The more and more we moved the sheets back the more we found, most just laying on top. We immediately looked for extra sheets to no avail. We called the after hour support and were told they would contact the property management. 2 more phone calls and an hour later we heard back. This man was extremely nice and apologetic about the situation. At this point it was 11pm and all stores were closed. He was able to get ahold of a house keeper who brought us sheets for the master about 11:30 with a rather rude attitude, but it was late. The house keeper blamed the hair on the material of the sheets, and the ones she brought had hairs on them too, but were easily removed as WE put new sheets on. I would probably stay here again IF they could have the rooms FULLY cleaned.

Quiet romantic getaway

Overall a nice place which could use some updating.

Needs a little updating, bed in master bedroom needs to be replaced with a better quality bed. Light bulbs were not all working. Kitchen ware also should be updated or replaced. Tennis court on East Rockford Road needs repair badly, had to use the other one. Other than that, enjoyed the stay and location.and being at Holiday Hills Resort..

Family vacation property

We stayed at this property for 4 nights. It was our family. 2 adults and our children. This was overall a great experience. No issues checking in or out. Clean place. It is nothing fancy or newly updated. But it was perfect and comfortable. We spent most of our time out doing activities. But it feels very safe and in a nice golf course. Only change I would make is having a gate pass for the guard shack closet to condo instead of gate code. We met the guards and they allowed us to go that way. But we had to show reservation etc. overall great experience and would stay again.
