4 Point View is a 3 bedroom apartment and sleeps five. It is equipped to a very high standard with beautiful views. This apartment includes a private lawned garden to the rear of the property complete with table and chairs on the decking to enjoy a glass of wine - a perfect place to watch the sunset over the rural Downend hills!

Located within a secure development with private car park and intercom entry system, all of this is just a 5 minute walk away from the famous surfing beach that is Croyde Bay.

Available to let all year round, for long or short breaks, a perfect apartment to relax in after a long day at the beach and just a short walk away from the centre of Croyde, which has a wonderful selection of pubs and cafes, all with extensive menus, not to mention the famous delicious local Ice Cream parlour. We booked very last minute to stay at 4 Point View having been let down by a previous reservation on Vrbo. Point View was a lucky last minute find! The apartment is very well equipped, close to the beach and local pubs. Great that there was parking too. It gave us a great base for the few days we were in Croyde. A very enjoyable stay.

Glorious week in Croyde
Beautiful property close to Croyde Bay. Very well maintained. Everything you might need has been thought of. Lovely little garden for coffee and drinks and shed to store beach toys. We would definitely like to return one day. The property Exceeded our expectations and we were sad to leave.
