Place was clean, communication was fantastic, and we only stayed for one night with no one coming the next day so the host allowed us to have a late check out while we skied.
We loved staying in the little town of Breckenridge. The location of this unit was perfect. We enjoyed eating at many different local restaurants. Didnât use the hot tub, but we should have. It looked amazing. There was a bit of noise, but thatâs to be expected living in a condo complex near bars. We enjoyed our stay 100%.
Spacious One bedroom with fireplace, close to downtown, and free shuttles. Condo was in nice neighborhood, hot tub and pool open. Perfect for a short stay. Our one problem was sharing the one TV in living room with our teen boys. TV in bedroom not connected, or hooked up and old. Could not do Bluetooth, Airplay or mirroring from phone. After the two feet of snow we were stuck inside watching School Spirits in living room.
Everything was good. It's not fancy but it was clean and the management was attentive. Nice warm garage. Good ski locker location and the shuttle stop was very close, next to the adjacent building.
overall nice place, parking garage being insulated is a huge positive. I do wish it was a little more modernized, having to take out outlets to plug in chargers somewhat of an inconvenience, especially when some of the outlets didnât work the greatest, but we made it work. Make sure you bring quarters we went to the laundry mat close to us to get them on the last day and the machine wasnât working luckily we had enough to cover it. Heating was purely based off the fireplace, the thermostat didnât really work that well, along with the door not being insulated the greatest we could feel cold air coming through. Also one of the dryers really wasnât working the greatest. and there was only 3 working at the time we were there. So we did have to wait periodically or use the other laundry mat at some times, the roads were ok we were slipping sometimes. And keep in mind the garage is the only insulated area you are outside when getting into your room. We survived so can you, you get what you paid for. Great for nearby ski resorts we hit keystone, breck, vail, beaver creek easy access to the highway for them. We also hit a couple restaurants nearby we were there for 8 days, some restaurants were for millionaires, and others were for the regular folk, we enjoyed every place we ate at. Overall the place was nice and warm every night, we made breakfast every day kitchen was all good. If your looking for good pricing and easy access to ski resorts this is your place.
This condo is in a great location, but its dated. It's been halfway updated, but it's still not there. Old fridge, dishwasher, stove top etc, but the mattress is old and sagging, and maybe the weirdest thing, is not enough outlets in the bedroom. In order to charge our devices we had to plug them in the kitchen (not good for an alarm) or move the credenza that the TV was on, try to get a hold of the power strip to plug in our phones.
This place was wonderful. It was a great location with only a 10 minute walk to the gondola and a less than 5 minute walk to many places in town. Our only complaint was the comfortability of the beds. All of us ended up sleeping on the pull out couch since it was more comfortable than the bedroom mattress. The condo itself also seemed to be a bit more outdated than we expected but all around it was a great stay and you canât beat the convenience.
Great location & fantastic hosts- but outdated and adjacent to ingress/egress from complex, so fairly noisy as people walked by. Wi-Fi went out every time it rained. Instead of an electronic door lock with a code to get in and out, there is a key you have to keep track of. Parking garage is excellent. Great location!!
The location of the condo was an easy walk downtown, to the gondola, and the market. It was great to be able to park in the enclosed garage.
There was plenty of space for my husband and myself.
The unit needs to be updated. The heat will not turn off. The property manager responded quickly and advised me to open the sliding door or the bedroom window. We had to keep them open for much of our stay, but I didnât want to leave them open while we were sleeping. Luckily, they did have several fans in the closet that we used.
My husband appreciated the couple packs of coffee and filters that were available. We did not cook while there, but if you choose to do so, they had cookware and spices.
If we visit again, I would look to rent at the Longbranch Condo property, just not sure about this particular unit 109. Nothing negative really, just needs updating.
Thank you
The property was a perfect location in Breckenridge. I have stayed many times in other locations (ski in and out, out of town, etc...) but never this close to downtown. The location was off of main street by about a block and was quick walk to just about any of the restaurants or bars. It is also only about a 5 minute walk to the Gondola. The place was nice and well furnished. The only problem we had was the bed. It was lumpy and probably needs a new mattress. Out of the property management's control were two things. The hot tub was broken and so was the garage entrance door. Although for the latter, we were still able to get into the garage after we figured out we could go through the exit door.
The owner/manager was very good with communication on both of those items!
I really enjoyed my stay! The condo was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I had great communication with the property owner - the instructions were excellent. I would definitely consider coming back and renting the place again. Thank you!
Location was great. Very easy check in. The stay itself. Very very hot. We had the temp all the way down and I can tell you it felt over 85, very uncomfortable. No iron so bring your own if you need to iron your clothes for a nice dinner. Shower curtains definitely need to be replaced. I could see mold forming on them.
The condo was clean and well furnished. We enjoyed our stay. It was just two blocks to main street so very accessible to all touristy availabilities. The bus system in Breckenridge was fabulous so no need for a vehicle. Also, the condo is within walking distance of several hiking trails. Lovely condo, great location.
My wife and I were going on a trip to commemorate our first wedding anniversary. I wanted to show her my favorite mountain town. I found this condo and it was perfect. It's only three blocks walking from main street and a few minutes drive to the grocery store. For two people it's perfect!
Great visit! Condo is clean & comfortable. Itâs also right in the middle of the action and a very short walk. Not having to fight with local parking was much appreciated.
