Amazing Penthouse at the Best True Ski In and Ski Out Resort In Breckenridge, CO

This listing is for a fabulous New Years Week rental of a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath 1200 square foot spacious split plan Penthouse condo unit in Breckenridge, CO. Grand Lodge on Peak 7 sits at the base of Peak 7 in wonderful Breckenridge, CO. This is truly a ski in and ski out property. Literally put on your skis and step out the ski locker at the resort and go right to a super lift to take you up the hill to start your ski adventure. This is a 5 star property with amenities abound and is considered a crown jewel of this wonderful ski town. If you want a truly amazing, and relaxing vacation this is the place to stay. The unit you would rent from me is in Building One which is the check-in building and the unit is located on the fifth floor of the building and his views of Baldy Mountain. The unit has a master bedroom with a King Size Bed which sleeps 2 and the master bath has 3 sinks a jacuzzi tub and a stand up shower and toilet! The living room has a queen sleeper sofa that sleeps 2 more. The second bedroom, on the opposite side of the unit from the master bedroom, has a queen bed which sleeps 2 and another full bathroom with a sink, tub/shower combo and toilet and finally off of that room is a separate room with a pull-out queen sleeper sofa which sleeps 2 more. The condo sleeps 8. The living room which is in the middle of the unit off of the full-sized kitchen has a gas fireplace controlled by a wall switch for convenience in using. The unit has a stacking washer/dryer to simplify your week and to help you pack lighter for your trip. The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, cups, bowls, silverware, cooking utensils and pots and pans, a coffeemaker, a blender, a full size refrigerator with freezer, stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, double stainless steel sink, granite eat-in kitchen counter to seat 4 and a full size dining table to seat 8. the living room has a couch, fireplace, private balcony, and two sitting chairs for hanging out after a full day. the unit has 4 televisions. One in the master, one in the second bedroom, one in the room off of the second bedroom where one of the queen sleeper sofas is located and one in the living room. The unit will have all linens and towels and will have towels available for use at the hot tubs and pools. The unit will have a starter set of soaps and shampoo and will have dish soap and 7 dishwasher soap tabs for use one each day. The unit will have 2 clock radios, one in each bedroom, wireless internet, and a small room safe to hold your valuables where you can set the combination. There will be one cleaning of the unit during your stay approximately mid week(check-in desk will advise as to the day of your cleaning during your stay) If you need more cleanings you can pay for them for a nominal charge at the front desk but I only provide one cleaning and change of linens one time during your week stay. the unit will have heat and also a humidifier for use during your stay. Check-in time is at 4 PM CST on the day of your stay. Check-out time is 10 AM on the last day of your stay. The resort is loaded with amenities which include a full service spa called Soothe Spa which is located 2 floors below your unit which can provide any massage, facial or other treatment desired by appointment(must be booked in advance). There is also an adult grotto downstairs from the unit which has a private adults only hot tub in a cool private setting, a steam room and a sauna in the same area. There is also an indoor hot tub and kiddie pool and an indoor-outdoor heated pool on level one in the same building as my unit. Additionally, there is an on-sit bar and restaurant called "Sevens", named after Peak 7. In building one there is also a separate bar near the check in desk and a full service concierge desk and a small convenience mart to pick up some food stuffs and sundries during your stay. The resort has an outdoor pool with a slide available for the kids even in the winter and multiple outdoor hot tubs facing the slopes. There is also an outdoor fire pit slope side off of building one which is the building my unit sits in. The resort has a full ski locker where you can store your gear which can be locked off to hold your gear each day during your visit. the locker room has benches for changing and a restroom and water fountain and a tool bench for your use to adjust any of your gear. The resort has multiple indoor private movie theaters for use by our resort guests. The movie theater can be used once during your stay but must be reserved in advance. Grand Lodge on Peak 7 has its own private shuttle for use by guests which is a courtesy shuttle to take you down the mountain and into town. You can also ride the gondola which is only steps away from the resort and ride it to town if you desire but the gondola is only open until sundown. The resort has indoor, underground heated parking for our guests and elevator access to the garages and luggage carts are available for use by guests to bring there items to their rooms. Elevators go to all guest room floors in the resort. The resort has an activities desk open all week for those who want something to do if they do not ski or snowboard or if they want something to do at other times. This is a good way to meet other families and kids. The resort has a reading room and the a computer available for guest use in that area. The resort has a fully equipped fitness room and a modern game room for use by your kids. Using the resort courtesy shuttle will allow you to truly park your car and let someone else do the driving while in town. As you can see this is truly a great place and the Grand Lodge on Peak 7 has everything you would want to have the vacation of a lifetime.
