Now this is a great Breck location: You’re just two blocks to all the dining, shopping and entertainment of historic Main Street, and the ski shuttle stops right outside the complex! This nicely renovated condo is a fantastic year-round basecamp for all your mountain adventures. Your group will love it!

Atrium Bluebird is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that’s perfect for groups of up to seven people. Great views of the mountains and plenty of space for the whole family make this an excellent winter or summer getaway. The living area features a floor-to-ceiling cobblestone gas fireplace and large flat-screen TV — it’s the perfect place to relax after a long day on the slopes for drinks, conversation and a favorite movie. There’s even a balcony with excellent views and comfortable furniture. The fully equipped kitchen features granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances; it’s ready for whipping up dinner and snacks with seating for four at the table and three more at the bar.

There’s complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the complex, as well as an underground heated garage, ski storage and laundry facilities. Guests can also enjoy a shared patio with gas grills and a large community hot tub. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

Perfect little condo for our family of 5. The location was a short 5m walk to the Quicksilver lift. There's a little walking path and stairs south of Jefferson that takes you out to Main Street right next to Sancho Tacos & Tequilas.

Everything was wonderful. The condo was very clean and larger than what we’d expected. The communication with property management was very prompt and friendly. The survey required us to rate a “winery experience” that we did not have or purchase, so that was given 1 star, but only because it didn’t exist.

This unit was very comfortable for our stay (4 adults). It was very clean, comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities in the kitchen. The place was very cozy. It was nice to be able to open the windows in the evenings and enjoy the cool breeze. It was very quiet during our stay. Walkable distance to downtown Breckenridge. Beautiful surroundings!

Perfect Location and Plenty of Space

Our family of four loved staying at this location. Some nights we walked into town, while others we chose to drive so that we could easily pull out from our garage and not be in the cold.Bus stop is right next to the property. It took a while to figure out the system, but it was ultra convenient once we did.Definitely will consider staying here again in the future.

Nice place to stay.

We had a nice time at condo. Very clean, Quiet, Accommodating. There is no elevator that we could find so make sure your party is good with stairs. This was struggle with our party, but we managed. All in all, a nice place to stay.

Great location

Property location was ideal for us. Easy walk to town and bus to mountain right outside the property. Condo was clean and kitchen was fine. Extremely disappointed in the furniture in living space. When sitting in recliner chair you feel like you will fall thru the bottom. Very uncomfortable. The sofa it also uncomfortable (not as bad as the chair). There is no comfort left in the cushions. Reviewing old reviews, renters have commented about this furniture two years ago - disappointing the owners have not remedied this problem for their customers. On two evenings the tv would continually pause and we finally turned it off and watched from our laptop. There is no tv in master bedroom. Mattresses where comfortable.

Trip to Breck

So I’ve been coming out to Breck for the past 8 years. This place was a great location. Very close to main street, garage parking (game changer). The only thing that wasn’t great is that there’s no elevator, otherwise 10/10. Don’t hesitate to book here. I’d book here again in a heart beat.

Clean, comfortable and a great location

We had 4 adults in the unit for a ski weekend. The unit was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all we need for our basic dining needs. The location was great for skiing, being on the Blue Bus route for free, convenient transportation to Beaver Run. The condo was also an easy 5-10 walk down to Main Street for dining and shopping. A note that the fireplace is natural, not gas, which we liked. We did, though, have to purchase our own firewood, since the ‘first come, first served’ free firewood in the parking garage was never available during our stay.

The property manager was so quick to respond and helpful during our late arrival. The location of the condo is excellent as the shuttle stop is literally a few steps out the door. Overall it had a cozy vibe.

Location, location, location

Big and comfortable apartment very clean. Well equipped. Easy access to the garage. 5 blocks from the peak 9 lift. 3 blocks from all the restaurants, bars and shopping. We will definitely coming back.

Great place!

This place was awesome! Accessible to town, hot tub, lifts , prime location!!!!! Only reason we gave 3 stars is because the plays wasn’t the cleanest. We had to clean dishes that had PB and food residue on them prior to us using. Floors were very dusty too, we had to wipe down with a towel and water. Other than that, this place was amazing. Would book again.
