Solid condo close to town, the bus stop, and the slopes. Nice hot tub steps from the front door. No ski storage.

Great property. Easy to walk to town and quicksilver lift. Also great shuttles. The accommodations were good. Upper loft is a great use of space and for the kids.

We really enjoyed our Stay

Hello, We really enjoyed our stay. It was just my husband, my 2 teenagers and myself. The only issues we had were as follows: 1. The Beds were really hard. The master bed was really lumpy. 2. The Hot Tub was not working on Tuesday. 3. The upstairs bathroom toilet kept running. Other than that, we loved our stay and hope to return!! Thank you, Julia

Overall the property was just as expected. It was ideal for a family. The kitchen even had some condiments we needed. The beds were a little hard. The hot tub needed to be drained, cleaned and it was not hot.

Nice Condo for group

We enjoyed this condo. 7 total beds with sleeping for up to 10. It was tight for our group of 8. The stairs/ladder to the loft and third bedroom are very steep. Nicely equipped kitchen and unit. Right at a shuttle stop. Walking into town was easy, too far to walk to lift in ski boots but ok in snowboard gear. Hot tub was not working properly during stay. We would go back.

Great condo and location

We had a great time staying at powder ridge. We felt the place was better than we even expected from the pictures. We had a small group, but there is plenty of room for large groups or families in this condo. We went skiing at copper mountain and stayed in breckinridge. The walk to the main street was easy, just 5 min walk through a plowed on-foot snow trail. We have no complaints and will definitely look to stay here again in the future if available.

Simple condo, worked fine for our family of 5.

Smallish, clean and utilitarian. Fine for single family. Our biggest complaint was slow clearance of heavy snow in outdoor parking lot and sidewalks. To be fair, we got pounded with over 12” of snow, but parking lot was not cleared quickly enough. Beware of low garage clearance if you have a ski rack.

Great unit at a great price!

Unit was perfect! Four adults and two children with plenty of beds and baths! Pillows are kind of flat and hard but there were extras to double up. If you have a favorite pillow then bring it. Location is also great as it is a short walk to downtown Breck.

Wonderful condo, great service, great location

Clean, well equipped condo. Hot tub is close. Close distance to Main Street and all the attractions. Super helpful service, we had a family member get HAPE and couldn’t leave the mountain. Summit was very helpful and accommodating for the additonal days.
