This unit is a beautifully decorated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo that sleeps 8 and is located within walking distance to downtown. Enjoy the snow and great views via the 2 private patios, one from the 2nd Bedroom and one with a grill from the living room. Relax in this mountain condo that is on the first floor in the East building of the Corral - a condo complex that provides amenities like a fitness area, game room and outdoor hot tubs. Located at the south end of Main Street within walking distance of the base of Peak 9, this Breckenridge condo is also located on the free shuttle route and just a 10 minute walk to the Quicksilver chairlift.
All guests can enjoy the very large, 14 person, outdoor hot tub on site, fitness room, steam sauna, game room with pool table, foosball, air hockey, 55 inch TV, and lounge area.

This was the perfect location to walk into town. It was very clean and is within 10 steps of gorgeous Mountain View’s. The place is extremely warm and welcoming. Will definitely be keeping this on our list for future trips to Breck!

Good Property but...

The unit was nice and fit well for our needs. Good location. It's what wasn't said that was a little disappointing. The unit is on the first floor backing up to the main road. So it was a bit noisy. And, with no air conditioning, there was a bit of a concern leaving windows open. Otherwise, we liked the place and it served our needs well.

Check in

Check in instructions were not e-mailed to me. I checked junk and spam and it was not there even though I had other e-mails from VRBO. I messaged the host around 5 pm and also tried a chat. No response. I called VRBO and they were not helpful. They confirmed my reservation but could not get in touch with the host. I finally found an emergency # and ultimately got verbal direction however it took over 3 hours. We had to drive back to town to pick up keys. Once back at the complex the paper directions were not correct. Its a confusing complex with a garage on one side however our unit was in a different building. The paper directions told us to go to elevator in East building which made no sense. We walked all over and finally found our unit on the first floor in the other building. Also, hot tub worked one day but was cold the next (March 2nd).

Location location

Great location. Garage parking was good. Better than that was not having to drive the car to get to the other spots in Breckenridge. Parking there is a pain, and we literally parked our car when we arrived and didn't move it until we left. Restaurants, shops, and skiing was within easy walking distance. Enjoyed our holiday visit immensely.

Great condo!

The condo was very clean; the check-in process was very smooth and easy (thank you Lyon!). Locate an easy walk to Main St. shops, coffee and dining! Easy access to the ski slopes too. Would rent again!

Great location and comfortable condo

This condo was in a great spot to walk Main Street or hit the quicksilver slope at Peak 9. It was about an 6 minute walk to Charter Ski Rentals (they stored our gear) and another 1-2 minutes to the lift from there. Made it super easy to hit the slopes each day. We also loved the convenience for main street shopping and dining. The older kids could go two and from without us worrying. The condo was clean, smelled good, and very comfortable. Eveyrthing worked in the kitchen and we had plenty of space to spread out. The only thing missing from this experience would be a private hot tub. The community one barely hit 90 degrees (it was between 0-19 degrees during our stay). The lobby and game room were in a different building - but the garage was nice for our car b/c we got a lot of snow. Overall, great condo for our trip.

Absolutely perfect ski vacation!

This location is simply perfect. The location was big enough where even though we had all the beds full, it never felt cramped. It was a short walk to the closest ski lift, and there is a bus stop quite literally steps away from the front door. Also a short walk to downtown Breck. It is a perfect location!

Excellent stay in Breckenridge

My family absolutely loved this place! Very comfortable with all the amenities needed. Everything needed in the kitchen to cook meals. Plenty of comfortable seating. Bedrooms/beds very comfortable. Nice to have humidifiers available as we are from the South and the heat is very different for us. Very convenient to walk to town, ski lifts, ski equipment and storage. Absolutely loved it and cannot wait to stay here again!!
