This inviting condo at Main Street Station exudes warmth and coziness, providing an ideal location for any season in Breckenridge within steps of Peak 9, historic Main Street, and a wealth of dining, shopping, and recreation.

Built in 2001, this 751-square-foot condo is comfortable and well-appointed, offering a gas fireplace in the living room, a fully outfitted kitchen, and a balcony with views that reach Baldy Mountain. Stroll home from the slopes each afternoon to find a number of fantastic community amenities waiting for you, including a large outdoor pool, multiple hot tubs, and a fitness center.

Main Street Station is a wonderful blend of luxury and location, with the base of Peak 9 a short walk from your front door and Main Street at your back. The Quicksilver Super 6 Lift is right across Maggie Pond, offering easy connections to the 187 trails, 33 other lifts, and 2,908 skiable acres of terrain at Breckenridge Ski Resort. If you wander northward up the street, you'll quickly reach the heart of historic Main Street with its excellent restaurants, apres-ski spots, brewpubs, and boutiques to explore.

Come summertime, you can tee off at the Breckenridge Golf Club (five miles north), take rides on the Alpine Slide and the Goldrunner Coaster at the resort, stroll along the Riverwalk that traces the Blue River, and hike and fish to your heart's content. The Frisco Bay Marina on the shores of Lake Dillon is less than 10 miles north as well, providing a great spot to kayak, stand-up paddleboard, or take out a sailboat.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Summer Getaway

We were so happy with this cute condo! My partner is from Texas and has COPD. The altitude was difficult for him so we didn't do much sight seeing other than a night at the NRO concert. It was such a comfortable place to hang out in that we didn't mind at all staying in and just checking out local restaurants. Since we are both over 80, we appreciated the convenience and comfort this place had to offer. It got a little warm at night with no AC but the fans helped. We had a wonderful time and hope to come back soon.

Perfect location and spot

Not only is the location ridiculously convenient, the apartment was more than comfortable for me and my fiancee. My favorite features were the fireplace and the fact that the bed was comfortable. Will definitely be coming back.

Great Place

This was my first stay in Breckenridge and I was pleasantly surprised. The condo was clean, roomy, and located conveniently to the chairlift. I was unaware of the ski valet and locker service before checking in, but I greatly appreciated having it available. I would definitely stay there again.

Summer in Breck

The condo was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. Without air conditioning, the unit was warm during the day but cooled down at night with fans and open windows. The building was at the south end of the main business district and was within easy walking distance of shopping and restaurants. Our ONLY complaint is the extra firm (bordering on rock-hard) mattress. BUT,,, We would still stay in the condo again!

Great first ski trip

Location is great! Super easy access to everything. Great condo, except for the bed. It was hard as a rock and very warm at night in the room. They did have fans in the closet to use. I gave 4 stars simply because of how hard the bed was.

Dirty disappointment

Home is well equipped. Bed comfortable BUT We paid a cleaning fee for the next people, but we're very frustrated at the fact that we did not receive a clean home! Much of the home was dusty. Also, the kitchen counters had crumbs in the kitchen and floors had crumbs and spilled items that were never cleaned up. And the shower was full of moldy areas. Also, sure it is the cleaners responsibility, there were no kitchen wash cloths or sponges or dishwashing soap. Dishwasher soap was a solid block which we did not notice til departure morning.

Slightly Disappointing

First, the positives...the property location was great! Easy access to everything in Breckenridge. It was well furnished with most everything that was needed. Negatives...no air conditioning. Huge negative! It was disclosed on the listing, but I missed it until right before we left. I did inquire about the ability to open windows and availability of fans. The responder said no on fans. Thankfully, there were 2 actually provided. However, even with both fans going and the window open in the bedroom, it did not cool below 75 until early in the morning. Probably 80% of the year A/C isn't needed, especially if there is a breeze. The week we were there, it was needed. Next, the bed was not comfortable at all. It was extremely firm. Finally, there were plenty of bath and hand towels, but no wash cloths. Seemed strange.

Great location!

The location is perfect. On the main strip where all restaurants and shops are located. No more than a few blocks from anything you could possibly want. We rented skis from Breck sports and it’s right out the back door. The slopes are less than a 2 minute walk. Absolutely perfect location.

Needs some maintenance in this condo.

Overall, enjoyed the stay but can only give 3 stars because: 1. The sofa bed slats were broken, and exposed fastening screws potentially dangerous. We had 2 small kids sleeping, thus was ok, but cannot imagine adults sleeping there. 2. Bedroom bath shower seems to have a leak in the shower pan; after shower, water collected on the floor outside shower. 3. Kitchen needs cutting board(s) that's not stained, and better knives. One glass was cracked. Not a single coaster in the condo...perhaps owners don't care about the table surfaces. 4. Bedroom TV didn't have its own remote. LR remote did not turn off the BR TV. 5. Even when thermostat lowered to minimum, it was warm/hot inside (ie, didn't seem to turn off the HVAC). 6. Front desk seems to help people on the phone first before helping people (me) in person on the line! One understated winner was the Ski Valet (Charter Sports) service on the 1st service. They were efficient, friendly, and very helpful. Access to heated swimming pool was great for our kids, but the hottubs were not hot enough.

There were two significant issues during our stay. First was the elevator was not working fir most of it. We were on the top floor which made it difficult for my wife after a long day of activities. We could never get a straight answer on when it would fixed. Finally our last day it was functioning. Secondly we were not aware there was no AC in the condo. The weather was very warm and made it uncomfortable. I will not go back to this property or any other property operated by Vacasa

You want honesty ask an 11 year old...

The room was too warm for my taste. We had to open the door and window at night to cool it down. One card didn’t work, so we went to get it fixed and it worked 3 times then stopped working again. :( I like the fireplace after coming in after skiing. I also like how the bed was no too soft and not too firm, I think putting two fuzzy blankets on the bed wasn’t the best choice. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay!
