Fabulous Ski In and Ski Out Condo at Grand Timber Lodge in Breckenridge, CO

This is a Fabulo New Years Ski Week rental of a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Unit which sleeps 8 with 1 king size bed(sleeps 2) in the master bedroom and one sleeper sofa in the living room (sleeps 2) and the second bedroom has a queen size bed (sleeps 2) and a pull out sleeper sofa that sleeps 2 more. The unit has a full kitchen with a full size refrigerator, double sink, microwave range with oven, dishwasher and a full set of cooking utensils, pots and pans and plates and dishes and cooking equipment. The unit has a dining table that will seat 8 as well as 3 chairs that pull up to the granite kitchen counter to make it easy for talking and getting together after a busy day on the slopes! The kitchen has a toaster and coffeemaker as well. The master bedroom in the unit has the king size bed with 2 sinks and a Jacuzzi tub as well as a separate section of the bath with another sink and a stand up shower and toilet. The second bedroom of the split plan has a full kitchenette of its own including a small sink, microwave, and a small stove and a small dishwasher and can be locked off for privacy if desired. The unit will have a TV with satellite TV in the master bedroom, second bedroom and living room. The living room will have a private balcony and have a gas fireplace with a mantle which is controlled by a wall switch. Each bedroom has a DVD player. The unit has a phone and WIFI is free at the resort. WIFI is also free in the lobby of the resort. The resort has a rec room, multiple indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs, sauna and steam room, on site restaurant and bar, 2 private movie theaters on property with 500 digital movies in the electronic queue, concierge and activities desk at the resort, storage lockers for ski and snowboard equipment in each building and underground heated enclosed parking with elevator access to all floors. The resort has free shuttle to and from the town and local ski areas in town from the resort, ski in and ski out facility, ski rental and equipment rental available on site at the Christy Sports facility on site.
