Nestled among magnificent towering pines and beside the Blue River sits Wild Horse River Escape. This newly constructed duplex represents thoughtful design with easy access to Breck’s iconic Main Street and legendary skiing. Experience high-end finishes, nature-inspired artwork, and stylish accents throughout. Sought-after amenities such as mountain views, a professional-grade kitchen, and a private outdoor hot tub complete this contemporary mountain retreat.

The main level is the heart of the home and features a bright and welcoming, open-concept layout with lots of natural light spilling in through floor to ceilings under vaulted ceilings. The gorgeous and fully equipped kitchen will attract all levels of chefs with plenty of workspace on expansive countertops, professional-grade appliances such as the six-burner Wolf gas range, and a large island with seating at four leather barstools. The adjacent dining area offers seating for 10 in a chair and bench combo. An oversized glass door gives way to the deck where you’ll find a grilling area available for year-round use. Dine al fresco in the summer months and enjoy the sounds of the Blue River rushing just below.

At the end of the day, unwind in the great room – cozy up on the sofa next to the gas fireplace or enjoy a movie on the TV. The large sectional sofa plus two armchairs offer ample and comfortable seating so your entire group can relax together and dream up the next day’s adventures. A powder bath is conveniently located on the main level as well.

The upper level is home to the primary king suite – slip away and enjoy some quiet time reading beside the warm gas fireplace or soaking in the large tub. The spacious bedroom suite features a king bed, TV, gas fireplace, and beautiful ensuite with a large soaking tub, separate walk-in shower, and dual vanity.

The lower level features a cozy family room with a TV, plush seating on a large sofa, and a wet bar. Easy access to the lower patio, gas fire pit, and private hot tub just beyond the den. Sleep well on this level with two king ensuite rooms and a fun bunk room for kids that sleeps up to seven, with hall baths.

Wild Horse River Retreat is an exceptional mountain home combining comfort and style with thoughtful details throughout offering the highest level of comfort and everything you need for a memorable Breckenridge vacation.

ABOUT THE AREA
Wild Horse River Retreat sits on the south end of Breckenridge in a newly developed neighborhood, just minutes from Main Street. A quick 4-minute drive offers easy access to Peak 9’s Quicksilver SuperChair. An 11-minute walk will get you to the free shuttle on River Park Drive.

SHUTTLE
This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis.

You will be assigned a dedicated specialist who will guide you through all the activities and services available. All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.

This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado's cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets. Can't live without it? A/C units may be available for rent for an additional fee.

Beautiful home in nice area w view of the mountains. Super clean great design - was perfect for our 2 families of four with teenagers. The concierge and shuttle services were the icing on the cake. The wonderful employees (Peggy) helped us with scheduling dinners activities and our ski rentals-so helpful. Had everything you could want and was stocked with all the essentials. We would definitely stay in this perfect home again.
