You won't find comparable accommodations in Breckenridge that can sleep so many, in such style, for so little. It also boasts two living rooms for even more relaxation and space to spread out, a basement rec room with a wet bar, walkout patio, and a foosball table. Take in the beautiful views from the two large decks or from the private eight-person hot tub, which is also the perfect place to rest and soothe your muscles after skiing your day away! The kitchen is fully equipped for entertaining and has everything you could ever need to prepare the most delicious snacks and meals ever. Guests will find comfortable seating and a relaxing atmosphere for the entire family throughout the home.
Start your day by walking 150 yards to the free ski shuttle which takes you to the heart of downtown Breckenridge. Downtown Breckenridge boasts a plethora of dining options, from Mexican food, pizzerias, Irish pubs, bakeries, to a tap house and coffee shops. There you can also find several convenience stores and ski shops, in case you feel the need to gear up before heading to the mountain. The Breckenridge Ski Resort is only three and a half miles away and winters here are pretty much hard to beat. Its world-class groomed terrain is perfect for skiing, snowboarding, dog sledding, nordic skiing, snowshoeing, and more.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Ski shuttle details: SHUTTLE TO TOWN & SKI: The nearest Breck Free Ride shuttle is the âPurple Routeâ. This will take you to town, the gondola (Peak 7 & 8), and Beaver Run (Peak 9). To get there: The street that runs behind the house is called Reiling Road; walk toward Reiling Road and turn right on the walking path just before the roadway. Walk about 100 yards to the âVista Pointâ stop. This is the same stop when taking the bus back home too. Please note that both the âPurple Aâ & âPurple Routeâ run the same path. Either one will work for going to ski/town or coming home. Generally speaking, the bus comes every 30 minutes in the winter and every hour in the summer. The shuttle drivers are very knowledgeable of the area and will gladly help with routes and stops as well. Be sure to thank them! We strongly recommend that you download the âMy Free Rideâ app on your phone while youâre in Breckenridge. That app will show you all the shuttle stops near you, where each shuttle route goes, how many
minutes the next bus is from your stop, where every bus is right now, and more. It really is great.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
