Condo was small but nice for two people. Kitchen was adequately stocked with everything you need. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. The pull out couch is not good for sleeping a full size person. Great location.

Perfect location, one block off main street, very easy access to shops & restaurants. Would be a good location also for accessing ski slopes using the free buses. The condo is well renovated, clean and cozy. (The interior of the building/hallways aren't great, but the unit itself is very good. Be prepared for a full flight of stairs to the second level). Host communications were great, including check-in/check-out instructions.

Great stay. Very much enjoyed the unit. Don't let the building fool you, Brett has done an excellent job refurbishing this unit and bringing it up to date. All amenities needed or a comfortable stay. Great location close to shopping and dining. No need to take your car out of the garage you can easily walk around town or use the local free shuttle.

good and not so good

The location is the best. One block off the Main Street so park your car and walk everywhere. Even a grocery store across the street. The building itself is older and the hallways certainly need an update. The unit itself is good. All brought up to date and clean. Everything inside that you would need.The not so good is don't depend on the owner responding to your needs. We reached out twice and never received a response back. They were not emergencies, but it would have been nice to get a response instead of feeling like OK he received our money and that's it.

My husband and I always look forward to getting away to Breckenridge. This property was in a great location that we could just park and walk to all our favorite spots. We were very comfortable.

Very disappointed

The building hallways were dark. Carpeting was worn and full of dog hair. Unit floor was dirty. We contacted the manager twice and heard no response. We left after 1 hour and moved to a hotel. We could not stay there.

OK - Not as advertised

Property is in an excellent location and property manager communications were prompt and clear. Unfortunately the pictures don't show how small the spaces are. There is no room to unpack clothes and we had to leave our suitcases on the floor. The "Amenities" list a fire place, however, it was actually a plug in electric red light. When I inquired about the listing, the property manager said it was a problem with the VRBO listing requirements and not his fault, then he thanked me for being eco-friendly. I feel like I was fooled by the small print / advertisement / picture and wouldn't have rented if I understood it was an electric red light. Kitchen appliances were new and worked fine. A bit of dog hair around the couch and in the corners, but not a big deal. I would rate the property about a 6 and don't understand all the 10 ratings, especially from groups of 4. There is no way 4 people can fit comfortably in such a small space.

Great location

Petite condo but perfect for our family of three. Child is 19. The bathroom is perfect as it was accessible from living room or bedroom. Convenient ski locker and parking in a garage was a bonus. We chose this condo so we could take the dog and still be close to downtown and slopes. Beds were on the medium firm side but comfortable. Great communication with management.

Best location & bed very comfortable

Location was perfect!!! Master bed was very comfortable. Loved having a garage to park my car. Clean & updated. Couch was not comfortable to sit on & tried to use the “pull out” feature to sleep on it, which was awful. So would not recommend relying on the couch to sleep anyone.

Communication with property manager was quick and helpful. Everything in unit is new. Outside of building is dated but this unit was great. Great mattress. Walked to everything in town. I made a mistake on booking and Brett took care of it immediately. Note that washer/ dryer is public and just outside the front door. App operated. We had no problem with it. Unit is also very quiet
