Tyra Summit Colorado Den Condo is a perfectly located, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, premium condo that sleeps up to 8 people. Located right next to Four O’Clock ski run and a short 5-minute walk from the free shuttle, you’ll have easy access to everything Breckenridge has to offer! You’ll also love the nice finishes in this updated property. The living area is an open concept with the living room, kitchen, and dining area all open to each other so you can enjoy the company of your fellow travelers as you take in the view of the ski run right outside the plentiful windows. There’s a gas fireplace and a large flat-screen TV with complimentary cable so you can watch your favorite shows or catch the game.

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and comes equipped with all the gear you’ll need to whip up a memorable meal for your party if you decide to stay in instead of exploring the restaurant scene in Downtown Breckenridge. The dining area is just off the kitchen with seating at the dining room table for six, and there’s two additional seats at the counter.

Just off the living area is the spacious deck with comfortable outdoor furniture. And, you can literally walk directly from the porch to the ski run! Other amenities include a washer/dryer, parking for one vehicle in the underground parking garage, a shared hot tub, and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home. As with all SMR properties, we supply all linens and basic toiletries, and each home is professionally cleaned and inspected before every arrival. This is our 4th consecutive stay at this building (different units)We enjoy the easy access to the mountains straight from the patio. The location is great for mountain access. Our boys love the bike course right off 4-oclock run. Very bummed there is no longer a grill. It appeared all the units no longer have grills. The HOA should consider a community grill if they banned them.

The condo has a nice layout, good atmosphere, lots of storage and hooks (which is key with a group), and is ideally located next to the hot tub area!

Great Location

This property is in a great location for the slopes. You can ski down 4 oclock straight to the back patio. The condo is right near the hot tob and heated pool. The staff was very attentive to any communication sent. Breck is a great place to visit!

You can not beat the location - ski in and ski out on 4 o’clock!! Plus the full size kitchen, dining space for a large group and multiple sleeping options. On top of this, you have a great corner porch that you step off of onto the run.

True Ski In/Out on 4 O'Clock Run

We enjoyed our stay over the holidays--unit was very clean, kitchen well-equipped, true ski in/out with perfect location on 4 O'Clock run. Property manager responded immediately to an issue with fireplace. Thanks for a great visit--we would definitely rent again. (Only suggestion is bed linens could use an upgrade.)

This condo is awesome! The location is great, spacious, well furnished and equipped. It backs up to the 4 O’clock run serviced by the Snowflake Chair which was still running on April 21st.

This was a nice property, well-decorated and in a good location right on 4 O’clock run out the back deck. Truly ski-in, ski-out. The condo had everything we needed and the parking garage was a plus. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Great Location - Needs new master bedroom mattress immediately.

Clean property. Great, great, great location. Walk out onto the back porch (We left our skis outside our back door), put your skis on and ski down the slope. Dream come true. best family time we have had this year. The 2nd bedroom had a bunk bed. Full on the bottom, twin on the top. The full mattress that was on the bottom was supper comfortable. Unfortunately My wife and I were not so lucky. The mattress in the master bedroom was the worst, cheap mattress we have slept on. I don't like talking negative but it needs to be said. If the ownership can confirm a new mattress has been purchased and we could have a reference of a family that has stayed we would rent again, and again ever year. It was that fun and the mattress was that terrible. For some reason they hid the fact that it was in an apartment style setting but on the first floor. Thats what you want there. Yes, you have to park under the building on the basement level but its covered and clean. You do have to walk up a flight of stairs to get to the front door. The rear however backs up to the slope perfectly. Dont hide the address, show pictures of the garage and front stairs and show pictures of the back porch. All great things. I would have felt cheated if we had our 75 year old mother with us.

Very nice condo

A beautiful & very clean condo on the first level. Must be able to walk up a flight of stairs to first floor condos at this complex. Spacious living-dining-kitchen areas. Underground garage. Beautiful view from deck of trees and mountain.

Fabulous spot

We have stayed at another unit at Tyra before. We love the access to walk out on 4-o’clock run directly from the porch. Our young boys can run around and play while we sit outside on the patio. It’s perfect. This unit was great. Well stocked kitchen, good set up overall. Would have like to have a comforter on the king bed
 just had a sheet and one of those fuzzy blankets. We would stay again for sure.

We loved staying at this property! The condo was clean upon arrival and the beds were comfortable. It’s in a quiet location. The kids loved playing out in the back and hiking up the trail in the back. We will definitely be back!! One of our favorite spots.
