Parking, terrace and lawn, barbecue just as the garden with play equipment (badminton / volleyball net mobile / swings / slide / trampoline / small football goals / balls) - all for single use
(This is all right in front of the house).

Shelter for prams / bicycles / skis or similar is available.

Bread service by bakery on request gladly possible (also Sunday / public holiday).

Sehr schöne und saubere Ferienwohnung.
Trotz des schlechten Wetters war unser Aufenthalt sehr schön. Die Ferienwohnung war ein absolutes Highlight. Sehr sauber und es blieben keine Wünsche offen.

Ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung
Sehr großzügige und modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage. Die Wohnungsausstattung ist komplett, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Den schönen Grillplatz konnten wir auf Grund des Wetters nicht nutzen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt zum Wandern genutzt. Sehr zu empfehlen die Wildbachklamm Buchberger Leite.

Alles ganz wunderbar!
Super liebe und witzige Vermieterin :) herzlicher Empfang und sehr ruhige Lage. Auch im Vorfeld sehr gute Kommunikation trotz meines Wunsches, eine Nacht kürzer zu bleiben. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, es ist alles da, was man braucht. Draußen im großen Garten sind Schaukel, Trampolin etc da. Alles in allem bestens und wir kommen gerne wieder! Nochmals lieben Dank!

Sehr tolle Ferienwohnung!
Schon vor der Anreise wurden wir per Handy kontaktiert was ich super toll fand. Auch wurde gleich gefragt ob wir Frühstücksservice (frische Semmeln) wünschen. Die Gastfamilie ist mega freundlich und man kann sich da nur wohl fühlen. Sehr gut gelegen wenn man Ruhe finden möchte. Draußen ist ein toller Grillplatz und ein Spielplatz für die Kinder. Alles einfach nur TOP!

Traumhafter Kurzurlaub
Die FeWo ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Für Kinder gibt es einen tollen und sehr gepflegten Spielplatz. Wer die Ruhe und Gemütlichkeit liebt, ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen in jedem Fall wieder. 👍

Bisher so noch nicht erlebt !!
Wir wurden vom Vermieter sehr freundlich empfangen. Das beschränkte sich nicht nur auf Erklärungen zum Appartement, sondern auch die Geschichte des Hauses. Es ist das Elternhaus, dass vor dem Abriss stand, aber dann doch zu einem Gästehaus umgebaut wurde. Was aber am meisten beeindruckte war die bisher nicht erlebte absolute Sauberkeit. Das hatte sofort ein Wohlfühlen vermittelt. Dass der Vermieter kein Geld für eine Endreinigung verlangt, haben wir auch noch nicht erlebt. Das ist geschenktes Vertrauen des Vermieters an seine Gäste. Alles war positiv !!
