Cosy, family-friendly ground floor flat of 80 square metres with an extra large outdoor courtyard.
This PET FRIENDLY property is located on the Veronese shore of Lake Garda in the historic village of Sommavilla di Brenzone. It is located in this ancient hamlet far from the hustle and bustle of traffic, allowing guests to enjoy relaxing and carefree moments.
The space
It is divided into a kitchen/living room, a double room, a triple room and a windowed bathroom with shower. It is equipped with WIFI, a safe and a washing machine (extra charge).
The kitchen/living room is equipped with: 4-burner stove, refrigerator, oven, freezer, coffee machine with capsules, American coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery, utensils and table linen, double sofa bed and TV - satellite flat screen 32 inches.
The Elena flat is a functional, well-furnished, and cosy room for up to 6 people. Free WI-FI internet connection is available throughout the flat.
In the large courtyard are available: deckchairs and table with chairs and an awning to allow guests to enjoy the outdoor space in an atmosphere of total relaxation.
The flat is 50 metres from a private car park with electric gate and password for access.
One parking space is free of charge. The second parking space is against payment.
On site there is the possibility of secure bike storage.
Included in the price: water, electricity, gas, heating (18° - for higher temperatures a surcharge is charged), sanitised bed, bathroom and kitchen linen, safe, a parking space in a private car park and satellite TV.
Tourist tax excluded: € 2.50 per person per night excluding children under 11 years of age.
From here you can also admire the olive groves in front of you and the marvellous starry skies that the summer on Lake Garda offers.

For those who love the mountains and trekking, it will be useful to know that a few metres from our flat there are various paths leading visitors to the slopes of Monte Baldo, including magical places such as the ancient hamlet of Campo, which has remained unchanged over time and preserves the remains of an ancient village.

The Elena flat is also an excellent starting point for walks that run along the lake and allow you to reach various places in a short time, including the characteristic village of Cassone where the Aril river, known as the shortest river in the world, flows into the lake, the tourist resort of Malcesine and the tranquil Brenzone.

Lake Garda stay

This property was very clean and well taken care of. The owner was extremely helpful and accommodating. The area for parking was a plus in a country where parking can be a huge hassle. Lake Garda is absolutely beautiful and is centrally located to take day trips to Verona, Trento, and some parts of the Dolomites.

We had good time during these 5 days in Garda Lake. The area is very beautiful. This is the best part of the lake. The apartment fitted perfectly our needs and our hosts were very helpful.

Wunderschöner Urlaub hier verbracht

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung. Die Gastgeberin Vanessa war sehr, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der Innenhof ist sehr gemütlich zum sitzen. Die Lage ist auch super, denn mit in nur 10min ist man unten am See zum schwimmen gehen. Einzigstes, was stören könnte, ist, dass gelegentlich Autos am Haus vorbeifahren

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Traumhafte Lage, der See war nicht weit weg. Gehzeit dorthin, etwa 12 Minuten. Man konnte direkt ab der Wohnung verschiedene Wanderungen unternehmen. Insgesamt ein sehr entspannter Urlaub mit der Familie. Vielen Dank.

Schöne, saubere Ferienwohnung mit super Betreuung

Wir haben eine sehr schöne, saubere und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung angetroffen. Der Empfang und die Betreuung durch Vanessa war sehr herzlich. Sie war immer ansprechbar und hat uns super betreut. Die Wohnung liegt im Hang und der See ist durch einen Fussweg in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Dort sind kleine Badebuchten welche zum Baden einladen. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen und danken der Familie Giuliani für den gelungenen Aufenthalt. Wir waren zwei Wochen mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern (8 und 11 Jahre) am Gardasee.

Tolle Ferienwohnung und Umgebung

Die Ferienwohnung war sauber, sah modern und renoviert aus, die Lage war sehr gut und der kleine Innenhof super. Dort konnte man schön sitzen und abends seinen Wein oder Bier genießen. Die Nachbarn waren alle sehr nett, vorallem Vanessa unsere Ansprechpartnerin war super lieb und freundlich. Der Ort hatte eine gute Kaufhalle und viele schöne Badebuchten. Die Wohnung war ein paar hundert Meter am Hang oben, mit den 2 kleinen Kindern war es oft ein kleiner Fitnessurlaub immer wieder hoch zu kommen, aber dafür war es dann dort sehr ruhig und man hatte eine schöne Aussicht. Wir können es nur empfehlen!

Aufenthalt in Assenza

Das Appartment ist groß, die Küche mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es ist sehr ruhig und man hat unmittelbaren Zugang zum Monte Baldo. Die kleinen Wanderwege durch die Olivenheine sind paradiesisch.. Vor allem aber sind die Giulianischwestern, die Gastgeberinnen ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und freundlich. Sie produzieren ein hervorragendes Olivenöl. Der Aufenthalt in dem Appartment ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung liegt in einer kleinen ruhigen Seitengasse. Das Auto kann man auf einem Parkplatz wenige hundert Meter von der FeWo sicher abstellen. In der FeWo findet man alles was man für seinen Aufenthalt benötigt. Zur FeWo gehört auch ein kleiner Innenhof, hier kann man sehr schön sitzen. Vor der FeWo beginnt gleich ein sehr schöner Wanderweg. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In dieser FeWo kann man ein wenig Abseits vom Trubel sehr schöne Tage verbringen. Wir waren mit 6 Personen unterwegs. Es gibt ein Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett und ein Zimmer mit bis zu 4 Einzelbetten. Danke für die schönen Tage, wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Die junge Vermieterin ist besonders zuvorkommend und sehr herzlich. Ich hatte noch nie eine so problemlose und angenehme Übergabe einer FeWo. Die Lage des Appartments erlaubt eine herrliche Aussicht über den Gardasee. Die Wohnung ist in einem historischen Ensembles von alten Häusern eingebettet und bietet trotzdem ausreichend Komfort. Viele liebevoll platzierte Accessoires lassen schnell Wohlfühlatmosphäre entstehen. Einzig die Parkplätze in der Gegend sind begrenzt, aber auch dafür hatte die Vermieterin eine gute Lösung parat. Ich hoffe wir können bald wiederkommen.

Ein absolut gelungener Urlaub

Wir, ein Ehepaar mit einem kleinen Hund, verbrachten eine wunderschöne Woche am Gardasee. Die Wohnung war perfekt, wir haben alles so vorgefunden, wie es in der Beschreibung stand. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und haben die Tage wirklich genießen können. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und man hat sich rührend um uns gekümmert. Wir können diese Unterkunft besten Gewissens weiterempfehlen. Uns hat es ausgesprochen gut gefallen. Peter und Christine

Ein richtig schöner Urlaub

Eine Wohnung in sehr schöner und ruhiger Lage! Wir verbrachten mit unserer kleinen Tochter eine Woche in dieser Ferienwohnung. Ausstattung war sehr gut. In der Wohnung gab es Bettwäsche, Badetücher und das nötige Geschirr. Mikrowelle, Föhn und Waschmaschine sind auch vorhanden. Im Hof waren für uns Liegestühle und ein Esstisch reserviert. Grillen ist nicht erlaubt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist in mittelalterlicher Umgebung richtig schön! Sommavilla di Brenzone und die Assenza Umgebung ist wunderschön anzusehen. Allerdings befindet sich die Wohnung ca. 300 Meter von einem Strand entfernt was auch mit einem Kinderwagen, wegen steilem Weg, schwierig zu schaffen ist. Es gibt sehr viele richtig tolle Wandermöglichkeiten. Im Ort gibt es paar kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ein paar Restaurants/Pizzeria. Donnerstags gibt es einen Wochenmarkt mit Regionalem Gemüse sowie Fleisch- und Milchprodukten. Dank sehr guten Kontakt zur Vermieterin konnten wir unseren Urlaub clever gestalten, so haben wir z.B. Tickets für die Seilbahn in Malcesine, Tickets für die Schiffsrundfahrt, Schiff nach Limone kaufen können um die langen Schlangen zu vermeiden. Die Tipps der Vermieterin haben sich als wertvoll erwiesen. Es gab sogar einen Begrüßungsgeschenk und Abschiedsgeschenk. Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Urlaub und wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.
