WHAT TO EXPECT

Arrival and Departure
-Check-in is at 4 PM and Check-out is at 11 AM.
-Early check-ins and Late check-outs are subject to availability.
-A Digital Guidebook is provided before arrival.
-Lock codes are provided 1-hour before check-in subject to signing the Rental Agreement.
-All interactions are virtual, but our office team and ground crew are available for assistance.

Occupancy and Pets
-The total number of guests at the property must not exceed the number listed in the booking. The guest count should reflect the correct number of adults (12+), children (2+), and pets. A nightly extra guest fee may apply for guests above the standard occupancy up to the maximum number of allowable guests.
-This is not a pet-friendly home.
-Respectful Noise Levels: Let's keep the peace! Keep the volume down so all can enjoy their time here. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.

Amenities
-Your unit will be stocked with a starter set of consumables including toilet paper, paper towels, a sponge, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, coffee filters, etc. Additional supplies should be provided by the guest.

-The main-level fireplace is wood burning. Firewood is not provided but can be purchased on our website and conveniently delivered to your rental or purchased from other local vendors. Impress your family and friends with breakfast bundles, charcuterie boards, and other local products, also available for delivery!
-This unit has a propane grill.
-Use of a fire pit at this property is not permitted.
-No Unauthorized Fires: State and Local Laws regulate the use of fire pits, grills, other open flames, and fireworks. Only use provided grills and fireplaces; permits are required to use fire pits in NH.

Driving Access, Parking, and Entryway:
-Remember this area is home to many residents and children. Please follow posted speed limits and drive carefully for the safety of our community.
-Parking is limited to 2 CARS.
-Each property has parking limits based on capacity and/or potential rules of the Homeowner's Association. Guests must abide by these limitations to protect the physical property and the space of neighbors. Additional vehicles must be parked in specified overflow parking areas. Trailers or RVs may not be parked at any property without permission. Excess vehicles may be towed.
-Access from parking to the front door requires climbing a staircase.

Trash and Recycling
You can leave trash and single-stream recycling in the unit at the end of your stay. Your rental includes disposal of your trash after your stay. Additional pickups are available for a fee.

-A signed rental agreement is required for all reservations
-Cancellation policies are followed to ensure fairness to all guests and owners. We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance as exceptions cannot be made.

What a Week!!!!

Immaculate!!! Sooooo clean, this unit had everything we needed. Perfect location! Directly between Santa’s Village and Story Land! The only thing is I wish there were handrails outside stepsl lol ( I’m old). Honestly, I can’t say enough good things!

Santas Village Vacation

The house accommodated a group of 8 adults and 6 children perfectly. Communication was clear - check in/out was easy and the property mngt team quickly responde when we needed a trash pick up. Overall great house for our visit to Santa's Village. The only downfall is the 4th bedroom does not have a door as it is a loft style space with 4 bunk beds - so best for a kids sleeping space. Overall a great stay!

Extended Family Vacation

This was an extended family vacation consisting of ourselves, adult daughters and spouses and 4 grandchildren ages 6-8. The condo was clean, spacious and well equipped to meet all of our needs. Communications with management was timely and accommodating. The condo location was convenient to many family oriented attractions. There are many short hiking trails in the area suitable for young children and us seniors. I highly recommend this condo, especially for a large group.

We enjoyed the condo, as it was close to the golf courses, which was our reason for staying. What was also nice, there wasn't a long list of things we had to do to check out. Other rentals ask you to do too much when you just want to leave. That was nice.

Stunning space in a beautiful area

Great location for our Santa’s Village vacation. Plenty of space for large family. The various bedroom configurations were perfect for our large group. The house was clean and well stocked with plenty of everything we needed. If I have one complaint/recommendation it's to replace the sectional on the main floor. It has seen better days. One section is broken and other pieces you sink deep down into. The sectional on the lower level is MUCH more comfortable but we spent all our time together on the main level. Perhaps a swap of furniture is in order. Regardless, it was a great experience and we would recommend this stunning house!

Great place and location!

Plenty of space for large group. Great location for hitting Storyland and Santa’s Village (half way between the two). It is warm up in the bunk room but fans at the house helped. Hope to come back during ski season sometime as it’s right at the mountain. Clean and responsive property managers. We had a great stay!

OUTSTANDING

We are a multi generational family ranging from ages 3-90. We chose our locations for the various bedroom configurations and it’s proximity to the various amusement attractions, offered throughout the area. These accommodations did not disappoint. The place was meticulously clean and very well appointed. All 11 of us had comfortable, clean bedding with plenty of shared space to gather. The outdoor deck was spacious and the lawn area was perfect for a quick post dinner whiffle ball game. We are hoping for a re-visit in our future.
