Lovely rustic beach cottage 1 block from the Brewster Flats. Located in a private community, this getaway is perfect for families with kids. The association is a small community with tennis and basketball courts, a playground and a ball field as well as an exclusive beach. The cottage boasts two bedrooms, one with 3 single beds and one with a double bed. Newly renovated over the winter. Parking/Wifi/Grill/Beach access/kids activities are included.
