Cape Cod Bay Waterfront! Private stairway to the beach. Charming cottage sleeps 6. First floor features beautiful sunroom with gorgeous water views overlooking the Cape Cod Bay, kitchen, living room and full bath. Upstairs has second bedroom with queen bed and a twin bed, private deck and fabulous views of the water. Second floor also offers open area with queen bed and a nook, separated with a curtain (bedroom 3) with a twin bed. There are 3 window ac units and 1 free standing unit. Outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach!
