This Ocean Edge Retreat will make a wonderful home base for your next Cape Cod getaway. You and your loved ones will be treated to a spacious interior with a lovely, furnished patio and a private gas grill on the outside.

This free-standing 2BR condo in Susanna Village is a true end unit. Immediately when you walk in, your greeted with a spacious open living and equipped with central ac throughout for those warmer days.
A spacious kitchen just off the entry way has all the amenities you need to make your favorite meals with ample counter space and newer appliances.

Dine with loved ones around the inviting wooden table (seats 6). The living area includes has comfortable seating. Put your tea or coffee on the table and take time out for a movie–there's a wall-mounted flatscreen TV to stream your favorite movies.

The primary bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and private bath. The second bedroom equipped with 2 twin beds, with a full bath just outside this bedroom. Sliders off the living room lead to the furnished, enlarged patio.

EXTRA PERKS: Washer/dryer, gas grill, WIFI, and 2 parking spaces.
The condo is located east of downtown Brewster, right next to Nickerson State Park - a huge preserve with camping, trout fishing, and hiking/biking trails. A variety of deluxe amenities are available through the Ocean Edge Resort at an additional cost including swimming pools, bike rentals, tennis, and paddle boards. There are also golf courses in the area, so don't forget to pack your clubs!

Reservations include pool privileges available at an additional cost of $80 per week per adult and $40 per week per child. Fees are collected at Ocean Edge Resort. The Ocean Edge Resort and Golf Club controls the distribution of passes, collection of fees, use and operations of all amenities. All are subject to change without notice.

Non-refundable $250 Administrative Fee, Cleaning Fee $375.50 (Linens Included) plus applicable state and local taxes.

*Cancellation Policy*

In the event of cancellation for any reason, please contact us immediately followed by in writing. Written notice of cancellation must be accompanied by payment of a $500 cancellation fee to Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty, which may be charged to a credit card. Upon Notice of Cancellation, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty will endeavor to find a substitute tenant. In the event a substitute tenant is found, monies paid in advance will be refunded, less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due. You herein acknowledge that you will only be entitled to a rebate only if you give written notice, pay the cancellation fee and the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. For your protection, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty recommends the purchase of Optional Travel Insurance provided by CSA. In the event the property does not rent for the same terms, all Guest payments for the entire agreement amount are due and forfeited to the owner.
