Refreshing place to be!

We had two small children with us so we chose the motel style room, and used the picnic table area to set up our camp stove for dinner and breakfast. The camp kitchen also had a microwave which was very handy! Upon arrival, we got a welcome bag with a smores kit and fish food for the trout tanks. At first I thought the room was pricey but then I realized what it’s worth - watching my kids giggle while the fed the fish, making smores next to the ricer and then getting our feet wet, playing lawn games for hours! It was so much more than just a place to spend the night, it was a place to just be.

Out of our two week trip, best stop. Close to Yosemite, most scenic and beautiful stay. Little babbling brook, super safe for kids to play in. Favorite spot on a two week trip, and we stopped different place nightly.

My sister and i come 2x a year. We love the fishing and hiking and enjoy the weather, while using the tent cabins. The owners are very kind and always help if necess. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. Its a great location to reach the upper lakes. Its also close to Bodie and rhe hot springs.

Quick 1 night stay, but it was everything we could hope for. Will be back for a longer stay. Close to many hiking trails, several lakes, hot springs, the small town of Bridgeport, right at Bodie Park entrance, even close to Yosemite. Spent a day at Mono lake, very nice area and lots to explore. The site is adorable, very thoughtfully set up with outdoor community areas, several fire pits, outdoor games like cornhole, and even smores skewrs. Cute and rustic but lots of conveniences. A restaurant onsite, along with a trout farm,and located along a creek.

Really nice place to stay comfy and rustic. Loved the welcome gift with the scores fixings. Really enjoyed the outdoor fire place wish would could've spent more time there.

Cozy romantic place

It is the third time we stay there. Each time even better. I love this cozy western vibe of the place. Staff is very friendly and efficient as well. Sitting outside with a blanket in front of the fire place watching the creek in front of us at night was the highlight of the trip.
