Nestled on 5 acres of tranquil countryside, with 1.5 acres of beautiful lake, our charming cottage offers a peaceful retreat!

Enjoy amenities such as, an open plan lounge/dining room with a fully equipped kitchen (including pots, pans crockery, cutlery, and utensils), fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, tea, coffee making facilities and Dolce Gusto Coffee Machine. Relax on the patio with a BBQ and outdoor seating overlooking the water.

Complete with TV/DVD, Telstra TV (for easy streaming), retro video games, book exchange, reverse cycle air-conditioning, and cozy slow combustion fire for chilly evenings. Free WiFi. ​​

The outlook of the property far exceeds the photos. So many birds and other wildlife to keep you entertained during your stay. Superb location right near town. Property owners were lovely and very welcoming. Would I stay again?? Definitely.

Beautiful Sanctuary

Beautiful property! The cottage itself is very clean, spacious and has everything you may need. Added bonuses were feeding the alpacas on property and kayaking on the lake. Hosts are absolutely lovely as well and made sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely be staying there again if back in Bridgetown!

Gorgeous, tranquil, with glass lake reflecting sky, trees and surrounds, just beautiful on top of that lovely alpacas, Blue wrens darting in and out. Warm, communicative hosts, a place to come back to.

Cosy, Comfortable and Relaxing

Lovely outlook and calming spot on the deck, this property met our expectations (and probably a bit more). The local birds and ducks were a treat and so to the alpacas. Postcard sunsets over the water and a great spot for an evening drink/morning coffee. Host was informative... we just wish we had more time 'chewing the fat' with them and staying longer. Our only minor negative was the property was further out than we thought, not within walking distance (we should have checked). Still, it was a pleasure staying at this spot, glad we did, was a great break.

Little Gem to relax and unwind

Beautiful location on a little lake. Peaceful, place to truly relax. Arthur and Ali have created a beautiful little home away from home, with lovely little touches like fresh eggs ready for breakfast. The little deck is a great place to eat, sit and watch the sunset and the all the birds. Even saw a long neck tortoise. Got to meet and feed the adorable alpacas. Ideal place for a break . Perfect city escape

Awesome weekend away with my partner at this beautiful little cottage with its own lake just meters away. Loved getting on the complimentary kayaks and paddling through the fountain with alpacas watching. Definitely recommend đŸ€™
