A lovely retreat for family and friends, walking distance to all that the beautiful township of Bright has to offer. This large home is perfect for entertaining and has been designed with more than one family in mind.

Maple House is a fantastic holiday property for a large family, a couple of families or a group of friends. Take advantage of the games room or enjoy a BBQ out on the back deck whilst listening to the sounds of the running creek.

This property is managed on behalf of the owner by Bright Holidays (part of the Dickens Real Estate group).

BEDDING CONFIGURATION: (Sleeps a maximum of 11 guests)
Bedroom 1 - 1 x Queen (with ensuite downstairs)
Bedroom 2 - 1 x Queen (with ensuite)
Bedroom 3 - 1 x Bunk, 1 x Single
Bedroom 4 - 1 x Bunk, 1 x Single

All linen including bedding and towels is included.

KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen/dining is a spacious open plan area. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, electric cooking, breakfast bar and stools. The generous dining table seats 10 allowing everyone to gather together for meals.

LOUNGE & ENTERTAINMENT
The generous leather lounge suite surrounds the TV and DVD player. The well stocked bookcase has games and books for guests to enjoy. Off the lounge room you will find an entertainment room, perfect for kids both young and old. An additional TV and DVD player, bean bags and board games will entertain for hours.

WIFI is available at Maple House

HEATING & COOLING
There is a cosy wood fire in the lounge in addition to a large split system air-conditioner will keep you cool during summer and warm during winter. Each bedroom has its own split system for your added comfort. Please note a starter supply of firewood, kindling, fire lighters and matches are supplied. Additional firewood can be purchased at local supermarkets and service stations.

BATHROOMS
Maple House features 3 bathrooms. The main bathroom upstairs has a shower over a bath, vanity and toilet. There are 2 ensuites, each with a shower, vanity and toilet. There is a separate toilet downstairs off the laundry.

OUTDOORS
Enjoy the outdoors from your generous timber deck equipped with a good sized gas BBQ and outdoor setting. There is plenty of space for the kids to kick a ball, play cricket and run around. Please note that the backyard is large and open to the creek and is not fenced.

PET POLICY
Maple House has a strict NO PET policy.

LAUNDRY
The laundry is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board with direct access to the backyard and clothesline.

PARKING
Maple House is complete with a double carport, secure bike storage with bike hanging hooks or a great place to store your ski gear.

Bright House review

Almost perfect- hot water system needs attention- hot water frequently not working mostly in evening but sometimes in morning- not predictable. Not enough lounge seats for the number of people said sleeps 11, only 8 lounge seats in lounge room and none in games room. Also someone took our council bins when we needed to fill them and put them out on bin night.Otherwise it was excellent- great location- well appointed- split systems in each room were great.Would like to stay again.

Better than expected

The photos online don’t do this property justice. The downstairs living and bedroom are very spacious and the location is perfect. You don’t even need to cross the road if you follow the walking track into town. We bought a few extra pieces of fire wood as there wasn’t much supplied and this kept the whole house cosey and warm for our winter stay. The kids play room and ping pong table was a pleasant surprise as the kids enjoyed themselves while the grandparents slept in without being disturbed. Will be back!

A great house in a great location

We had 11 of us staying across three families. Three bathrooms and a fourth separate toilet was really useful. The games room was big and really well used by the kids. Having a lock up shed with hooks for bikes was great. We had a lovely time. April was an extraordinary time to visit Bright and cycle the rail trails.

Perfect location and ammenities

This house suited our needs perfectly, great location for walking into town to hitting the bike trails. Excellent kitchen facilities, pots, plates, utensils sometimes these are lacking. With 4 toilets and 3 bathrooms and 10 beds and a games room with table tennis we were well catered to. We do a lot of houses and this one is good

Lovely property and location

Loved everything about our stay at this property. The location was perfect, close to the centre with restaurants and cafes and very accessible to the cycling track. The property is perfect for entertaining with games and table tennis, large living/dining and a big yard. Would definitely love to come again.

Amazing location, really nice house, Bring your own salt and pepper, and the surrounding shops shut early around 8.30pm There's a fun travel tennis table too =) some sheets had fluff stuck in them from the washing machine.

Girls Bright Family trip

A great property for a group of people to come & stay. Comfy beds & plenty of space. Perfect location to walk into town. Would love a few mirrors in the rooms maybe a full length. The fan on the fire wasn’t working but plenty of heaters to compensate. Nicer outdoor seating would be good too! We had a lovely stay & would recommend again.

Spacious, well-presented house

Lots of space for both people and cars, bikes, etc. All rooms in house are modern, clean & tidy. The table-tennis table added greatly to our enjoyable stay. The absence of wi-fi is probably the only negative.
