This newly refurbished apartment is a stone's throw from the beach, Brighton Palace Pier and the beautiful Pavilion - you can also enjoy breath taking sea views from here. Situated on a vibrant and bustling street in the Kemptown area of Brighton, this apartment is conveniently located close to cafes, pubs, and restaurants, making it the perfect base to explore the city. With a modern and spacious feel, the apartment comfortably accommodates up to three guests with a king-size bed & a sofa bed.
The Space:
On the first floor with a sea view, this apartment is contemporary and spacious and fully equipped with everything you'll need for a fabulous stay. In a central location, you can access everything on foot - stroll to the beach, the Pier, the shops, cafes and restaurants. Or, stay home and relax.
The flat is really light with a large bay window where the dining table is located; the perfect spot for a laid back breakfast whilst watching Brighton life on the streets below, and staring out to sea.
There's a king size bed made up with fresh linen and a sofa bed which is perfect for one guest! With a coffee table and wall mounted Smart TV, you can comfortably relax and watch a movie. The modern, tiled bathroom has a great shower and plenty of guest towels and toiletries are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of cookware, crockery, cutlery and glassware plus a pod coffee machine and a microwave. Tea, coffee, sugar, some cooking basics are provided.
The apartment has plenty of charm and character with a fireplace (not for use) and wooden floors
You'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay, including fresh linen, and a Smart TV with Netflix. Plus, there's also hanging space for your clothes, an iron and ironing board, and a hair dryer. The apartment is professionally cleaned and boasts self check-in for your convenience.

As a hub for artists, Kemptown exudes vitality and energy, with lively live music which can often be heard from the flat. If you prefer a peaceful and tranquil environment, I am afraid to say this might not be the best choice for you. However, if you're looking for the vibrancy and liveliness of Brighton, then this is undoubtedly the spot you're looking for.
The famous North Laine area just a 10 minute walk away, and is a hub of independent shops and eateries and an amazing spot for people watching. You can also explore The Lanes and get lost in the maze of winding streets, with its array of jewellery shops, cafes and pubs.
The Brighton Centre is about a 10 minute walk along the seafront, and just a little further along is the i360, which is worth a visit on a clear day with its stunning panoramic views of Brighton and the coast.
The Cultural Quarter which boasts Brighton Pavilion, Brighton Dome, the Museum & Art Gallery, and the Theatre Royal is also just a 10 minute stroll from our flat.
You are also close to a couple of supermarkets and a pharmacy.
