The staff make this hotel - always a warm and friendly welcome from Simona, Mihai et al, also lovely friendly service at the bar. Rooms are great - clean, quiet etc etc. Our favourite hotel in Brighton.

The location is excellent. Short walk from train station and taxi rank. A short stroll to the North Laines. Will definitely stay here again. Only one negative comment was the extremely noisy table game in the bar. Impossible to hear our conversation over the racket.

Hotel reception is really clean, fresh with pleasant smell welcoming you and creating positive impact. Staff split between friendly and helpful and bit miserable and not helpful. We checked in online and that was simple and easy but in hotel we been given room

The air conditioning in our room was not working, so was unbearably hot! I booked 2 nights, paid additional to have a room with a signed but was given a room that I could have paid £20 less for. There was dirt all on the bedside cabinet and rubbish such as roll up cigarette filters stuffed under the bed.

Nice hotel with helpful staff. Great location, car park and train station opposite the hotel and close to Brighton's North Laine. 15 min's walk through the lanes to get to the sea front.
