Built in the early 1700s, this Hanovarian Fisherman`s cottage is in the heart of the city, just off the seafront and surrounded by highly regarded restaurants and pubs, with easy access by foot to the Palace Pier, i360, the Pavilion and so much more. This is the perfect spot for those looking to explore all that Brighton has to offer.

300-year-old, three-bedroom fisherman`s cottage in the heart of Brighton a stone`s throw from the seafront.

A bright and open lounge/dining room leads onto a newly fitted kitchen with integrated appliances and a vaulted lantern skylight allowing natural light to flood through the ground floor.

Three bedrooms, each on its own floor consist of a twin bedroom, a large double with a king-size bed and a double bedroom with an ensuite, stylish family bathroom and WC on the middle floor.

Lovingly refurbished to a high standard by the current owner to create a stylish and cosy holiday home for your family!

Due to the age of the property, the staircases are narrower than average so can be difficult for those with mobility issues.
- Please remove your shoes when inside the property.

- Please be considerate of neighbouring properties at all times.

- Please ensure noise is kept to a minimum after 10:00pm.

- Strictly no additional guests, events or parties.

- No smoking within the property (Evidence of smoking will result in a minimum £150 fine)

- Unless agreed in advance, late checkouts will incur a fee of £20 per hour.

- If a guest locks themselves out during their stay and requires assistance, there will be a minimum charge of £75.

- If keys are lost, stolen, missing or not returned to the correct location, guests will be charged for the replacement and/or to change the locks if deemed required.

- Pets are not allowed within the building. If there are any signs of a pet having stayed at the property internally or externally, you may be liable for additional charges.

- We require a copy of ID from each guest aged 18 & over prior to arrival for security and insurance purposes. This is held in line with GDPR regulations, and deleted 10 days after your stay.
